Generally, my experience was good enough for this price.
Pros:

The room was completely clean. The bathroom design and usability were perfect.

Comoda soluzione
Pros:

L'hotel è accogliente, pulito e rinnovato. La sua posizione è ottima per vicinanza alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, centro comunque raggiungibile in 20 min a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio sotto la struttura. Check in e out rapidi e autonomi.

Cons:

La stanza era fronte strada e quindi rumorosa durante la notte.

Pros:

That was good really and everywhere was vleaned except the glasses we used for drinking the water or tea and the floors were not swept. Other than that, the property was very good. So near to the public transportation and no problem to go anywhere

Excellent service
Pros:

Perfect service from start to finish. I forgot my AirPods in the hotel room after checkout, and the team found them and kindly sent them to my home address. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciate their care and excellent service.

Magnifico Hotel!
Pros:

La verdad que cuando llegas el aspecto del edificio por afuera no dice mucho, pero una vez que ingresas el hotel es magnifico, la habitación es 10 puntos, cómoda limpia, nueva. La atención, aunque no hay recepción todo el día, es vía WhatsApp y es magnifica, me pidieron mis taxis super rápido, me trajeron plancha. Es excelente. Gracias!

Cons:

Quizá que el desayuno no sea en el hotel, pero tampoco es complicado.
