Decent option and helpful staff but no breakfast
Pros:

Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.

Pros:

Disgusting don’t book here!!! The foam pad for mattress had bugs, it was old filthy, ripped, blood stained like a murdered scene no joke! The only towel was soiled smelled of wet rag. Opted to sleep on couch found live bugs under cushion and along the wall. I could stay here! I sent a message for refund with pictures to Expedia and told them remove this property and never list it again! I have NEVER left a negative review traveling all my life all over the world, this room was awful!
