Город, горы и отель были как глоток свежего воздуха. Постараемся вернуться, отель отличный.
Pros:

Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный, особенно понравилась сдоба - она по настоящему разная и вкусная, а не безликое пальмовое масло с ароматом экономии, как в большинстве отелей. Просто восторг! Отель удобный, чистый в красивом месте, номер достаточно просторный, два смарт тв. Спа центр был доступен весь день, он достаточно большой, бассейн, хамам, 2 сауны - все работает и чистое. Есть и тренажерный зал.

Cons:

Подушки какие-то ужасные, высокие, шеи просто отваливаются. Мы спали на свернутых халатах, так хоть можно жить. Также почти нет посуды для приготовления пищи - не понятно зачем делать такую масштабную кухню, если не в чем готовить, и нет свч. Все остальное в номере отлично: новое, свежее, чистое.

Nu am fost așa satisfăcuți.
Pros:

Mâncarea și sucurile făcute de ei

Cons:

Patul, salteaua, pernele - toate inconfortabile.
În camera erau 27 de grade fără posibilitate de a răcori (clima aparent nu funcționa).
Facilitățile în baie, prosoape puține, suporturile de hârtie igienică și de săpun sunt închise cu cheie ca la o baie publică, foarte ciudat și ineficient.
Zona de spa mică, nu există apă de băut în zona de saune, numai contra cost.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional! Soa center is very clean! Kids playroom is well equiped! Everything you need, you got right in the Hotel!

Cons:

Kitcheware was scarce, they need to better equip the rooms, we had to buy couple of things as we got a baby and we need to cook for him!
Cigarette smoke was everywhere, smoking is allowed in lobby, very huge minus from us for that!

Cons:

Все было не так с первой минуты.
Выдают одну карту на двоих.
В номере нет одноразовых пасты/щетки/расчёски. Есть только мыло в дозаторе.
Бумага туалетная не в рулоне, а в диспенсере по одной штуке.
Халат один. Номер на двоих.
Чайника нет. Воды нет. Ни чая ни кофе. Но зато полноценная кухня. Аж с духовкой.
Ужасная слышимость.
От спа только название. По факту небольшой бассейн глубиной 150 на 300 человек в номерах.
Очень много орущих детей.
Завтрак жирный.

Pros:

Najbolji odnos cene i kvaliteta na Zlatiboru. Odličan doručak, ljubazno osoblje, apartmani su ogromni u poredjenju sa drugim hotelima. Definitivno dolazimo ponovo.
