We had a great stay at Queen of Zlatibor. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
The pool and spa area were excellent — not crowded at all, which made the experience even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed it with the kids, who had an amazing time.
Breakfast was always fresh and offered plenty of options for everyone. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Всички строежи около хотела доста е шумно през деня
Закуската беше ок, имаше всичко необходимо за малки и големи. Местоположението на хотела е на чудесно място. Персонала в ресторанта беше супер, като отбелязвам мениджъра им е на много високо ниво и ни накара да се чувстваме прекрасно.
Тъй като автомобила ни електрически информирахме още при настаняването за това и, че ще ни бъде необходимо достъп до зарядните станции на хотела, непосредствено един ден преди тръгването ни. Дойде момента на зареждане и бяха настанили за постоянно паркиране два автомобила които не бяха електрически за постоянно паркиране. Поисках да освободят едното място, за да мога да заредя, от рецепция опитаха да открият един от двамата собственици, но беше неуспешно, защото били извън обсега на хотела и са си изоставили автомобилите. Непосредствено ми беше обяснено от господин който също ни посреща и насочва с паркирането, че какъв ми е бил проблема, да сме били доволни и на това което ни дават, че по цял свят зареждането не било безплатно. Не влязах в реплики, но възпитано му обясних, че не е от правата страна и тези места изрично са обозначени от самите тях, че са за ел автомобили не за автономни. Аз съм избрал хотела им по този водещ критерий, защото зареждането ми е изключително важно, тъй като пътуваме от над 400км. Да не съм се бил разправял ми отговори и да съм бил спрял отстрани, така че да си заредя и да не правя проблеми. Цяла вечер колата остана спряна напречно на движението и по негово желание блокирахме рампа за трудноподвижни. Обясних му, че проблема е създаден едиснтвено и изцяло от неговата несвършена работа в това да настанява гостите с паркиране.
Omiljeni hotel na Zlatiboru
Увек се радо враћамо овом дивном хотелу.
Doručak dosta dobar. lokacija iako na brdu, nedaleko od centra. SPA centar takođe kvalitetan, sauna, bazen, tursko kupatilo, slana soba..... Površina apartmana i sadržaj veoma dobri. Osoblje uslužno i ljubazno.
Sve je bilo dobro, a neki sitni nedostaci otklanjani su uz razumevanje i pomoć ljubaznog osoblja.

Sve je zaista super, lokacija, bazen i spa, hrana, mir i tisina u hotelu, udobnost sobe, osoblje.
I najukusniji potaz od paradajza koji sam jela u vasem restoranu 😊
Jedina zamerka u hotelu je sto je u sobama jako toplo. Nije moguce regulisati temperaturu, al svakako bolje da je toplo nego da je hladno 😊
