Pros:

A very nice boutique hotel with plenty of character and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was good, and the views from the property were pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a charming feel and is perfect for a short stay in Belgrade.

Cons:

The access system to the main building was a little confusing, especially late at night. I had some difficulty getting in and eventually had to contact the owner for assistance. Apparently the entry screen needed to be reset, which was not immediately obvious. The reception area is quite small, and at times it felt as though guests were being closely monitored when entering and leaving the building. It wasn't a major issue, but it slightly affected the feeling of privacy.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend it to other travellers visiting Belgrade

Pros:

Camera mare, mobilata cu gust. Pat si perne super confortabile. Baie mare, cabina de dus perfecta. Consumabile de buna calitate.
Se ofera cate un voucher de persoana pentru o bautura la restaurantul Uprava 1927. Restaurantul este situat la parterul cladirii si este excelent.
Parcarea oferita contra cost este super safe, imediat dupa colt, in garaj subteran cu acces privat.

Cons:

Camerele sunt toate la strada , unele chiar la bulevard, asa ca galagia este continua si cu ferestrele inchise. In plus, cladirea se cam zgaltaie la trecrea masinilor mari cu viteza.
Desi imprejurimile sunt ok, hotelul nu e chiar la 10min de mers pe jos de centru asa cum se spune in prezentare. Sunt cam 25-30min, apoi intoarcerea, usor la deal.

* Betreuung ist von Anfang an sehr gut gewesen
* Sehr freundlicher Empfang
* Sauber
* Es wird öfter nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist
* Sichere Unterkunft
* Uprava (Lokal) hat sehr gute Küche und ebenfalls sehr nettes Personal. Empfehlungen für Frühstück: Zdrav Doručak mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft 😎

Wir als Familie können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Gute Lage um überall mit den Öffis zu gelangen.

(Ich bin prinzipiell ein sehr empfindlicher Mensch bezugnehmend auf Sauberkeit und Qualität. Hier würde ich aber ohne zu überlegen erneut Buchen)

Από τα πιο ωραία καταλύματα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί! Το προσωπικό υπέροχο και πάντα με χαμόγελο! Το δωμάτιο τεράστιο με όλες τις ανέσεις! Κάτω το πρωινό πολύ οικονομικό και με εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και ποιότητα!

Cons:

Εμείς δεν είχαμε θέμα με τις σκάλες αλλά δεν ξέρω εάν υπήρχε κάπου η δυνατότητα για ασανσέρ. Επίσης λόγω του ότι είναι παλιό το κτίριο η τουαλέτα κάποιες φορές μύριζε αλλά είναι λογικό λόγω παλαιότητας! Θα ξανά μέναμε 100%

Good location, lots of space in the room, comfy beds, daily cleaning and good AC

There is no elevator, so bringing my baggage up to the room was a bit of a challenge

I stayed only for 1 night but everything was perfect. Gladly return next time I’m in Belgrade
Pros:

Very clean room, complimentary drink at the reception while checking in, good location, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom

Cons:

For some it might be an issue that rooms are located above a restaurant which can be quite loud during evenings. Safe to say music finished playing around 11pm and it was Saturday.
