Clean comfortable environment. The bed was outstanding and the pillow like a cloud.
The keyless system worked very well.
The optional breakfast was a great deal to get and the food and service was exceptional
The staff are pleasant and happy to be of service. Everyone was warm and friendly.

Cons:

Not much! Other than the fact that it’s on a busy street with trams and buses. Although I must say the windows do an excellent job blocking the street sounds.

Cozy, comfortable, calm.
Pros:

The location is about a 25-minute walk from the center. It's quite central. Transportation is very easy. The host was friendly and helpful in every way. As a welcome gift, we were treated to a drink at the restaurant downstairs. We were delighted. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for everything.

非常满意的一次住宿。房间非常漂亮、干净、舒适。店主Ana非常热情，让人觉得宾至如归。位置特别好，楼下就是餐厅，旁边就有超市、便利店和面包店。离公交站也特别近，可以抵达任何地方。如果有机会来还会住在这里。
