Good location near the airport, very convenient. There are a few good restaurants nearby.
The rating would have been much higher had it not been for the very sad parrot kept in a tiny dirty enclosure (see attached photo). We could hear it crying from our room. If I am sent photos to show this parrot has been moved to a larger, more suitable enclosure, I will be happy to change my review.
The rooms also smelled overwhelmingly strongly of some sort of air freshener to the point of giving me a headache, maybe go a bit easier on it.

I was just looking for an overnight stay at a hotel airport but got so much more. Room exceeded my expectations, the food is amazing and the owners made me feel like a friend visiting vs a guest at their hotel. Next time I come to Roatan, I am definitely staying here!
I loved how the staff and others on the property were so friendly and accomodating. They all went out of their way to see that we were taken care of and happy. We turned one night into three and made some friends that we will be back to visit with soon.

The rooms were very dark and a little run down.
The best part: The owners Sherry and Leonard were very welcoming and showed a lot of hospitality. Sherry made a delicious dinner for us, which felt like Thanksgiving (in February!).
Lack of cleanliness: there were dead and live bugs in the room; cobwebs around the walls; shower floor appeared disguting (I wore sandals while showering); showerhead barely worked; showering was tricky with unstable hot water; bedding and pillows were uncomfortable.
White lighting: The room and bathroom were lit with white light, which feels cold and soulless. Warmer lighting, as in lower Kelvins / amber instead of white, would have made the rooms feel more cozy and welcoming.

There was nothing I didn’t like except it was fairly expensive for what you got. the rooms Do not look like the one on the website They are basic which was all I needed the fish and chips.were excellent The price is approximately what I would pay in USA
The hosts Shelley and Leonel were friendly, helpful and assisted us greatly with getting us to where we wanted to go!
Our stay in Roatan was absolutely made more special by having stayed at and met these hosts!
It’s simple but clean.
Great people running it. Made it easy for alt over during hurricane. Took good care of me when it was difficult to get food. Cooked for us when restaurants were closed.

Reserved many months in advance with “breakfast included “, then were asked to pay for breakfast (which was good!) - agreed to pay most of the cost of breakfast that was noted on our reservation as “included” as wanted to be fair and it was good breakfast

Bathroom was terrible. No hot water, beat up. I was afraid to use the shower but had to. I slept with my clothes on on top of the bedding.
We don’t know how you have this terrible place in your option we paid already and leave at the same time and move to another hotel I would like to recive my money back to my credit card
It is close to the airport and the ferry to Utila. The staff is very nice and they offer a 5$ ride to the ferry and the airport.
The toilet was very dirty and the aircon was noisy. The bathroom was not clean either.
Booking said the breakfast was included but when we asked the staff said he thinks today there is no breakfast. When we said that I should be included a very nice women came and prepared a good breakfast.
The family staff were fantastic!
Air conditioning could have been quieter.
