Personal mui amable, el lugae limpio con su piccina, un lugar familiar

I did not enjoy pool but everything else is good

The cabins were cimfortable.

Very outdated. In the pictures everything looks well kept. However, in person the playground was just sad. Pool looked bigger in the pictures. It’s small. The rooms were very disappointed. Outdated, roaches, lack of toiletries and not clean as it should be. Bedsheets were stained. The floor was very grainy, as if it was not swept. The towels had some red stains, looked like lipstick. The shower looked dirty and we had to take of the rusty shower head because the water pressure was very weak. There were enormous roaches coming out of the bathroom sink. Room had musty smell. This is good for a one night adults only. Not for kids to be in this environment. Not coming back.

It family cabins

The property looks great. However, the rooms were not as expected. There was a faulty smell and the sheets weren’t clean. There were stains on the pillows and blankets. One of our bed was sinking. The bathroom leaked water out and the towels were old. Since we only needed the stay to rest a few hours we decided to tough it up since everything else around was booked for the day. Definitely needs better housekeeping services.

Easy location and convenient to airport. Roosters and highway were very loud in the morning and construction next door. A complimentary breakfast would be nice considering the price. Liked the cabanas and the pool area was quaint.

Beautiful property easy access friendly staff i definitely recommended it to anyone.

Great place to stay with with family

The bathroom and shower are in poor conditions and they offer towels to shower.

The only I don’t Like, there is not hot water.

Rooms should be ready by check in time.

Deben limpiar mejor los lavamanos y duchas. Colocar aromas menos fuerte. Tener más control con las actividades del centro de actividades ya que la primera noche tuvieron la música muy a alto volumen y no podíamos descansar

Digo que es el mejor hotel de la área. Nos gustó que es muy privado y estaba limpio cuando llegamos. Si necesitas algo, tienes que pedirlo y te ayudan.

Me parece que la limpieza y el orden fueron muy buenos, en realidad fue muy buena la experiencia en cuanto a el descanso y la comodidad que ofrece el hotel, definitivamente si vuelvo a Progreso vuelvo a hospedarme en dicho hotel. La persona que nos atendio fue muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos.

Too noise, due it is located next to busy road. No restaurant.

The ppl there are really good people! Thanks to the front desk guy he was cool and the Guy that came who spoke English. Love the Hotel and can’t wait to come back and visit

Great little place to stay while in El Progreso. Safe and quiet! Rooms have small flaws, but reception desk employees go over and above to make one feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
