Premesso che sono in visita per conto dell’agenzia di Viaggi CGTravel Firenze per testare la struttura per i nostri clienti non posso far altro che dare 10 a questo Boutique Hotel fronte mare. La posizione della struttura è ideale, collocata direttamente sulla porzione di spiaggia migliore. La cortesia e l’attenzione del personale, dalla reception al servizio colazione, il personale del bar e del ristorante. Tutti sono sorridenti, ti chiamano per nome e hanno mille attenzioni per te. A metà mattinata mi hanno portato una macedonia di frutta, nel pomeriggio una cioccolata calda. Il ristorante offre un menu delizioso e variegato e la carta dei cocktail è ottima. Le camere sono dotate di ogni confort, il design è elegante e rilassante.

Absolutely the best place to stay on Roatan (unless you are traveling with little kids)- if what you are look for is a truly convenient location, with amazing staff, good food, and comfortable, flexible accommodation with a completely private and peaceful feel. We loved being able to walk a few minutes in any direction and find a huge range of types of restaurants, great snorkeling right outside, a short walk to the best dive center on the island (West Bay Divers), watch the sunset from the comfort of the beachside bar-- and also retreat to our very private porch to read or visit with each other. We enjoyed watching the passing parade that is the middle of West Bay Beach- but also being able to get away from the crowds. There are people Arca won't suit-some rooms have limited ocean views, for example, and it's very low-key. It has it's own personality- but if it seems like the kind of place you would like and you are just wondering if it is worth the $$, it absolutely is.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. All spoke excellent English but tolerated and helped with our broken Spanish when we tried. Food was great, service was awesome. Anticipated our needs and helped us book wherever we needed. Special thanks to Frank and Joselyn, our servers for all the great hospitality.

I just checked out of Arca Hotel and had a truly wonderful stay. I stayed in Room 6, which was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was beautiful and incredibly relaxing—falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a highlight. The room also had a huge patio that I really enjoyed spending time on. The bathroom was fantastic, with plenty of consistent hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable.

I also want to give special thanks to the staff who made this trip even better. Nash at the front desk was incredibly helpful with arranging tours and getting cabs—everything was seamless thanks to her. And I can’t say enough good things about Ezra. His hospitality at both the restaurant and the beach bar was outstanding. He has such a pleasant attitude and is truly a joyful person to be around.

The food at the restaurant was also top quality. I had the steak one night and it was cooked to perfection. The next night I has the ceviche which was good but a little pricey, however it was a big portion. Also, the jerk chicken wings were tasty and really spicy.

If you’re coming to Roatán and want a relaxing, well-cared-for experience, Arca Hotel is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again.

The resort location was perfect! Our room was so comfy, the balcony was huge and so relaxing. We had dinner on the beach one night and it was delicious! Very beautiful grounds!

We had a great week, due to the amazing staff. Each of the team helped us with daily excursions, dinner plans, and rides everywhere we needed to go. We also spent a lot of time at the hotel and greatly enjoyed the friendly and professional team. The drinks, food and service are exceptional. Finally, there is not a nicer location on West Bay Beach. Snorkeling just off shore, amazing sunsets. The boutique hotel experience shines through.

We had a wonderful stay at ARC Boutique Hotel in Roatán. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy the island.

What really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive, but I want to especially mention Josseline, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She was warm, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her attention and kindness truly made a difference in our stay.

We felt comfortable, well hosted, and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roatán. We would happily stay here again.

Really cool place. Situated mid beach its rustic Caribbean meets modern amenities. Rooms were stylish, clean and hip. It’s what a boutique should feel like. Hospitality here is exceptional. Like genuinely authentic and kind people to the very last person. If English is important they speak better English here than 1/2 of Americans. Food and drink are fine. That’s probably the only area for improvement but it’s also a reflection of their hospitality as they try to accommodate everyone’s palate. I really enjoyed my stay as did my wife.

Nash was amazing! She was very helpful and assisted in every part making the stay wonderful! From excursions to food to local places to visit. The views, location, people, food, scenery, just everything was AMAZING. Planning to come back in February with family and friends. This is where we will be staying! I travel a lot of islands and this is tied for number 1!!!! The views and the modern style of the rooms are amazing. You get more value for your money staying here for sure. It feels exclusive but right in the middle of everything at the same time! Everyone should experience Roatan but you must stay at Arca when you do!

Arca is an intimate beachfront property. Everything from beginning to end was 10/10. The food and drinks at Ahari were excellent. We can’t wait to return!

The location and staff at Arca are exceptional. All staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm. Noteworthy service by Jocelyn, Ivory, Ezra, Frank and Isabella. The food is very good also. We loved our stay and highly recommend Arca.

This hotel was lovely. It was very quaint with all the amenities that were needed. The property is very small(boutique), and uncomplicated yet it wasn’t less than. Our room was beachfront with a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The air was cool, the water was hot and the bed was comfortable. No drawers but still storage space. TV but you need to login to apps to watch it. Fridge in room if you need it. The staff are very responsive to requests, very courteous and friendly. Thanks to Nash, Isabella, Jenna and I forgot his name (man bun), whom were all so nice and welcoming. Really everyone was great. The food was good and there were many other food options nearby. I highly recommend and would stay again.

This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very modern and had fantastic views from almost all rooms. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive whether you were at breakfast, on the beach, or walking around. Isabella at the front desk was also so helpful and great! Gorgeous pool, well kept ground, amazing sand and beachfront hotel. It was extremely clean and would recommend to anyone visiting Roatan. Food was also fantastic here. Will come back

Amazing hotel for a coues getaway. The servoce goes over and above for their guests! And the food is incredible, the rooms are amazing.

Wonderful boutique accommodation with a great ambience. Stunning beachfront location with sunset views. Exceptional staff who were very friendly and attentive and always went out of their way to give us the best possible service. Delicious meals.

If you are looking for an intimate setting in paradise, look no further than Arca Roatan. The staff are quick to respond and set up rides, in room massages, or anything else you need. They offer a complimentary champagne toast at sunset which is picturesque. We had torrential downpour 2 of the days (consequence of going during rainy season) and the staff brought hot cocoa to the rooms instead. There are many walkable restaurants along the beach, but the food and service at Ahari is some of the best on the island, so we had most meals there. The property is gorgeous and you won’t find more attentive staff. 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway.

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL! The service and warmth of all the staff is so evident. Everyone has a positive spirit and are so attentive and helpful. The grounds are impeccable, the rooms were intimate, always kept clean and neat. Every need there is met! I would not stay anywhere else. Their restaurant food is great and the drinks are on point. I dont have any complaints! 7 days !!! The management there sees that all staff are alert and doing their all to make sure every guest need is taken care of. THE ARCA IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Thank you TY for managing a great hotel!!!! Great leader, great hotel!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Arca. Beautiful hotel. Food was very good! Service was impeccable. Frank really went above and beyond!
