Pros:

I nakon trećeg boravka u Etna hotelu potpuno sam zadovoljan osobljem te smještajem a u cijenu koja je već dosta konkurentna je uključen i doručak! Parking je isto uključen u cijenu te se nalazi u garaži kompleksa a za naglasiti je i to da se hotel nalazi u sklopu velikog trgovačkog centra tako da uopće ne treba izlazit is objekta jer je sve povezani! Objekata je poprilično nov i modernijeg izgleda!

Unser Platz 1 Hotel in Gracanica und Umgebung. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Hauptstrasse und bietet eine gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Das Hotel insgesamt hat einen angenehmen Geruch, ist modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ein großer Vorteil ist der direkte Zugang zum Hauseigenen Restaurant sowie den Einkaufsläden im Shopping Center.
Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet, verfügen über alle notwendigen Ausstattungsmerkmale und haben sehr gemütliche Betten.

Very good and quite luxurious
Pros:

The super professional, helpful and friendly hotel manager was truly amazing. Haven’t met someone professional and authentic in a while. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was beautiful. Vegan breakfast was made for me on special request.

Cons:

One room had a problem with the toilet, we were moved quickly so no big deal.

Odlična vrijednost za novac. Sve je izrazito čisto, a krevet udoban. Parking je besplatan
Najviše mi se svidjelo izrazito simpatično, srdačno i uslužno osoblje - i kod prijave i kod odjave i spremačice.
