Pros:

Für uns war alles perfekt. Waren das zweite mal dort. Gutes Frühstück, alle sehr freundlich. Top Bar.

Cons:

Wenn man am Pool ist und die Bar offen hat, würde ich es begrüssen wenn mal das Personal vorbei kommt und fragt ob man etwas trinken möchte. Man muss immer selber reingehen. Es reicht einmal rauskommen und fragen wenn Gäste da sind. So könnte man vielleicht auch noch etwas Umsatz generieren.

O hotel é super bonito, bem decorado e uma piscina no topo espetacular.
Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis em especial a Mee.
O pequeno almoço é bom.

A localização é perto do rio e do mercado noturno, mas não absolutamente perto de restaurantes e partes a visitar.

The beds were super comfy
Good breakfast options
No noise issues.

Cons:

Only provide one room card for a couple, very inconvenient.
Claim to be 4 star, no bell boy service, staff didn't even attempt to help with bags.
We had to pay a service charge for paying by credit card even when we had booked via booking.com and were shown the price.
We were charged a laundry fee for a small menstruation accident, a couple of small spots of blood that we soaked immediately in cold water and informed housekeeping immediately. Totally unimpressed over and unintention accident, especially for a supposed 4 star hotel with access to commercial cleaning services.
We felt the hotel was just a bit budget with their services for the supposed standard.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et personnel très aimable.
Pros:

Très bien situé. Piscine très agréable avec une belle vue. Personnel très aimable. Chambre confortable, propre. Service rapide (Buanderie). Internet un peu fluctuant mais globalement très bien.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais correct. Internet fluctuant
