Sehr gutes Hotel mit Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Zum Frühstück konnte man sich diverse Gerichte direkt bei der Küche bestellen. Das Restaurant auf dem Dachgeschoss hatte super Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Front desk staff were great and helped us organise a driver for us to visit the Buddha Park and then take us directly to the airport.
Location is very central but room was quiet.
Hotel was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was great.

A very nice place to be in while in Vientiane
Pros:

An excellent hotel at the heart of Vientiane, near the riverfront, night market, and city center. Very clean and modern, with excellent service. Breakfast is very good and the facilities are great.

Cons:

The hotel lobby can get crowded at certain times, but waiting times at the reception are usually okay and there is a side door that can be good for getting in and out more easily.

Hotel mit viel Komfort in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Eigentlich alles.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Ausstattung in den Zimmern mit Kissen u.ä. sowie das Frühstück. Eines der wenigen Hotels, das Käse anbietet - wir wussten es sehr zu schätzen. Da in kleinen Häppchen, haben wir auch die Tausendjährigen Eier probiert und waren positiv überrascht.

Cons:

Es gab keinerlei Einschränkungen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich gut.Ganz nah zum Nachtmarkt und zu den zahlreichen Tempeln.Es ist ei sehr schönes Hotel .

Cons:

Am Pool wurden die Schirme entfernt und nur eine Liege hatte Schatten. Es war auch niemand motiviert, das zu ändern.

Pros:

Breakfast was very fine. Good choice of things to eat.
The room was very quiet and comfortable
The staff were friendly and responded well to requests
The location is good, being close to the river and also within walking range of the main touristy spots in town.

Pros:

Front desk staff were excellent: polite and very helpful. They assisted in purchase of train tickets to Luang Prabang even though I asked late at night. The next morning, all was in order. Likewise they could not have been more helpful in printing and scanning a document for me that was very time sensitive. Special mention in particular to Olieng and to Ye.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Mekong. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die angenehme, herzliche Atmosphäre. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen.

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es beim Frühstück, das etwas mehr Auswahl bieten könnte.
