Une excellente adresse à Ventiane
Pros:

Le calme de l'hôtel et la discrétion du personnel sont appréciable. Le rooftop est sympathique et permet de se poser tranquillement.
Le restaurant est très bien.
Les petits déjeuner sont impeccable avec des personnes très attentives au bon déroulement.
L'hôtel est très propre.
Nous savons maintenant où loger a Ventiane lors de notre prochaine visite

Pros:

Отель находится на тихой улочке в 15 минутах езды от аэропорта. В номере чисто, уютно, все запросы выполняли быстро и четко. Хороший завтрак. Удобная кровать. Белье и полотенца чистые. Кофе из кофемашины. Все понравилось. В доме напротив стирают и гладят одежду по весу. Недорого.

Stunning sunset
Pros:

The pool was nice but small as was the gym area. Location was fairly decent and easy to wander around to places.

Pros:

the people who do the cleaning are good.

Cons:

The staff is completely inadequate and incompetent, as well as unnecessarily hostile. As a customer, you're treated like an enemy. I can't explain this. In three months of visiting Indochina, I've never experienced anything like this. I'd rather sleep on the street than return to this hotel. The staff is untrained and poorly managed by the manager. Shameful and squalid behavior. I'll never forget it!!!

Yes, but...
Pros:

I enjoyed how attentive and genuine the staff was. Thank you for the accommodations! I liked the small butterfly pea tea upon checking in. Favorite parts were the lobby, service, and the pool/ roof top view!!

Cons:

There was a strange hand print on the inside of the door even after wiping it myself. There was also a little bit of water mold (pink and black) around the caulk in the shower. I'm a big smell person and I feel like the smell inside the room was slightly off putting. It could have smelled better inside, and my other family members said the smell intensified after turning on the AC.
