Le falta mucho servicio al cliente, el local no brinda nada de comodidad, y las fotos deberían de actualizarlas las habitaciones son muy viejas

Necesita remodelación, la regadera solo sirve una llave ! Había una plaga d hormigas ! Tapete sucio. Noooo dieron el desayuno que incluía !

Hotel was comfortable for an overnight stay.

I would have given the area around the property 5 stars but it smelled bad in the part of the property where I stayed. Not sure what it was. Other than that, great place to stay for a night or two. Not many toiletries available in the room but it was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Very basic hotel, convenient to the airport for an overnight stay. The staff is terrific, they picked us up at the airport after midnight, and drove us back to the airport the following morning (for a fee of course). Room is about as barbones as it gets (it did have a private bath, AC and a TV. Overall, it's fine for an overnight arrival.

Staff where very friendly and the room was very clean.

Bed was awful . I was supposed to get two bed and i only got one.

Hotel is conveniently close to the airport in San Pedro Sula, staff is always on site, gated parking, breakfast feels very homemade, park across the street has a variety amount of spots with different food and items for sale, friendly team

The people were so nice and helpful that check you in. The walk down the street to the room was unexpected but once I got there I appreciated the peace and cleanliness of the room. I’ll come back again if I have another layover.

The property is very nice for the price. The staff are some of the most amazing and warm people I have ever met. The persons operating businesses in the surrounding area are very pleasant and helpful.

The receptionist was very friendly polite she helped me when I arrived aswell as the next day when I was going to airport she called a cab for me. I enjoyed my stay and I would go back.

It is close to the airport , about 2 miles , that is the advantage of the place ,it has six rooms , air-conditioned.

The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. I read some reviews about confusion about payment and so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged twice. I texted with the virtual agent on Hotels.com and got the answer that the front desk was correct. They needed to charge me at the hotel. I was a little bit surprised because I had chosen to pay on the app, but when I checked the credit card charge, it was at zero a little strange but everything seems to be OK. The hotel is clean enough and again super friendly front desk with some knowledge of English. The parking is street parking however we didn’t have any problems.

Comfortable room with ac. Clean, cable. Breakfast was weak but ok!

The staff was very friendly. Location was close to many shops and dining options. Hotel was not far from the airport and the area seemed much safer than Centro San Pedro.
