Everything was amazing about the hotel itself. However, i booked my bus to vang vieng from the reception and i was robbed on that bus. They should work on getting better and safer companies to work with

I just wanted to thank the nice young lady at reception who, when I rolled in looking disheveled and bone rattled from an overnight train from Bangkok allowed me to check in early. This sort of graciousness combined with a good, clean modern hotel makes customers come back. (I said I would leave a good review and here I am) Great Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed and room. My thanks - recommend.

The three bedrooms suite was a nice option. The only problem I have was that they don't have wet and dry bathrooms. Everything else was great.
