الموقع ممتاز والنظافة ممتازة والطاقم ودودين

الإفطار لم يكن متنوع كما ينبغي وللأسف سخان الماء لا يعمل والجو بارد أخبرتهم عدة مرات مرات ولم يتم إصلاحه ومكثت في الفندق 5 ليالي في اخر يوم عرضوا علي تغيير الغرفة ولكن هذا لا يلغي تميز إقامتي لدى هذا الفندق الرائع

I had a comfortable stay at Aya hotel, thanks to the very professional staff.
Pros:

The room was big and bright, the location convenient, and the breakfast decent. Good value for money. There is also a free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

Some small things were a little suboptimal, like the sheets had some holes in them, the shower only gave hot water… I was on the 4th floor and it was very noisy.

الموقع ممتاز والعاملين محترمين وودودين ومتعاونين لهم كل الاحترام

تعديل قائمة الطعام لا يناسب السواح العرب حيث الاكل المتوفر يعتبر تقليدي والعرب او السراح غير متعودين عليه ، ولكن بمستوى عام الاكل نظيف ومرتب

I had a fantastic time.
Pros:

The staff are extremely kind and supportive. I had to change my room due to altitude sickness, and they supported me and checked in with me the following day. They also provided free drop-off at the airport.

تم حجز الغرفة بالافطار وعند الذهاب المطعم كان هناك اسرار من موظفي المطعم على دفع قيمة الافكار علما لانني وضحت لهم بان الافطار مع حجز الغرفة وعند عمل تشين اوت اوضحت لهم بان حجز الغرفة بالافطار بالنسبه لي تجربه غير مع المطعم غير جيده
