حركة اللف والدوران في دفع المبلغ مسجل هنا شيء واخذوا مننا اكثر منه .. ثم عند الخروج طلبوا مبلغ اخر يقولوا الضريبة و و كلام فاضي كنا مستعجلين على الرحلة فدفعنا ونحن مكرهين على شيء لم يكن بالاتفاق للأسف

كانت تجربتنا جميلة، ونخص بالشكر الأخت حكمت في الاستقبال على تعاملها الراقي وابتسامتها وكلمتها الطيبة. ساعدتنا في إجراءات الدخول بسرعة وسهولة، كما تعاملت مع طلب تغيير الغرفة بكل مرونة وسلاسة.
كما اكتشفنا لاحقًا أن الفندق يوفر خدمة استقبال مجانية من المطار، وأبلغتنا أيضًا بأن التوصيل إلى المطار مجاني، وهي لفتة جميلة جدًا.
الغرفة كانت مريحة وتتميز بإطلالة جانبية جميلة، مع توفر الشطاف، وقنوات تلفزيونية عربية متنوعة. كما يوجد مقهى جيد بإطلالة جميلة على الشارع العام.
بشكل عام، حسن التعامل والابتسامة والمرونة من طاقم الفندق من أكثر الأمور التي تجعلنا نفكر في تكرار الزيارة مستقبلًا.
We had a pleasant stay, and we would especially like to thank Hikmet from the reception team for her excellent hospitality, kindness, and welcoming smile. She made our check-in quick and easy and handled our room change smoothly and with great flexibility.
We also discovered that the hotel provides free airport pick-up, which we were not aware of beforehand. Hikmet also kindly informed us that the airport drop-off is free as well, which was a very nice gesture.
The room was comfortable and had a lovely side view. We also appreciated having a bidet/shattaf, a variety of Arabic TV channels, and a nice café with a pleasant view of the main street.
Overall, the kindness, flexibility, and welcoming attitude of the staff are among the main reasons we would consider staying at this lovely hotel again.
الإفطار لم يكن بالمستوى الذي توقعناه، وكانت الخيارات محدودة بالنسبة لنا. كنا نطلب الأومليت، وفي إحدى المرات اعتذر مسؤول المطعم لعدم توفره، وعندما أوضحنا له أن إقامتنا ستمتد لأكثر من المدة المحددة وقد نضطر للانتقال إلى فندق آخر، بادر مشكورًا وأحضر الأومليت لنا خلال حوالي 20 دقيقة.
كما لاحظنا أن بعض الفواكه والعصائر لا يتم تجديدها بشكل منتظم، وكذلك بعض أصناف البوفيه، إلا بعد طلب ذلك من الموظفين.
نعتقد أن الفندق يحتاج إلى مزيد من العناية والمتابعة في خدمة الإفطار وتجديد البوفيه، وسيكون ذلك كفيلًا برفع مستوى التجربة بشكل واضح.
The breakfast did not fully meet our expectations, and the selection was somewhat limited for us. We usually requested an omelette, and on one occasion the restaurant manager apologized that it was unavailable. However, when we explained that our stay might be extended and that we might have to move to another hotel, he kindly arranged an omelette for us within around 20 minutes, which we appreciated.
We also noticed that fruits and juices were not replenished regularly, and some buffet items were only refilled after asking the staff.
We believe the breakfast service would benefit from more attention, regular follow-up, and more frequent replenishment of the buffet. Improving these points would make the overall experience even better.
The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the reception staff, was friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. Highly recommended!
The only downside was the breakfast. It would have been nice to have a more continental-style breakfast with a wider variety of options.
