Pros:

Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to temperature, hotel WiFi wasn't working almost throughout my 4 day stay, and the window in the bathroom is in immediate need of a privacy screen because you can be seen by guests in the opposite building.
