Comfortable overnight stay while in transit from US to Tanzania -- nice break in the long flights.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite nice -- great selections and quality for both sweet and savory entrees.
All staff were quite friendly, professional and helpful.
Late check-out request was honored at no extra cost which was greatly appreciated.

Best location for someone who wants to see the town centre walking drive
Pros:

It’s clean and very nice location, the staff’s are very helpful , I stayed there twice in 2025 and now, the breakfast has a wide variety of choice, love it

A very pleasant and relaxing stay, supported by charming staff, in a well-appointed hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was comprehensive. The wealth of fresh fruit very good. The fresh fruit juices were watered down ( see below ). The variety of cold drinks was impressive. The fresh salad vegetables seemed rather muddled, with preserved meat spread among them. The freshly cooked omelettes were very good. The spread of pastries was excellent, with sweet and savoury items equally full of flavour. Coffee was very good, especially caffelatte and caffe macchiato.
In the restaurant, all the staff were polite and pleasant. The waiter Geremew was particularly helpful, and remembered my preference for white coffee every day, without needing to ask what sort of coffee I preferred. He was always ready with a welcoming smile, and asking how I was enjoying my stay.
In the ground floor bar, the waiter Habte was always truly professional, quietly polite and entering into conversation about my visit to the city. He deserves to be recognised for his ability to welcome visitors to the hotel with ease.

Cons:

The most disappointing feature of breakfast was that all the fresh fruit juices were watered down.
