المناشف تالفه وقديمه ولدي صور لذالك النامس او الباعوض يوجد في الغرف ولدي تصوير يثبت ذالك ايضاً تغيير الغرفه من الشارع الامامي الى الخلف بسبب الازعاج كانت بصعوبه بعد قولهم لا يتوقر ثم نقلت الى جهه خلفيه بجانبها بار لا اعلم كيف كانت اقامتي هذا هو الذي حدث ان شخص يمكنه التقييم على ذالك الفندق نظيف بعض الموظفين لطيفين ومتعاونيين البعض يبقى الفندق جيد على كل حال المطعم جيد جداً تعاملهم ايضاً اللاونج جميل وتعاملهم طيب شكراً لكم

Pros:

The size of the room was perfect and I liked the fact that it had a balcony. The hotel has reliable airport transfers too. I appreciated the drop off at my meeting venue which was complimentary amd facilitated by reception. I also misplaced my phone at some point and the staff did everything to recover it. My stay was fantastic!

Pros:

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel was geweldig, met name Kidus en zijn collega Tilahun bij de receptie. Zij hebben ons enorm geholpen om onze weg te vinden en waren vanaf het begin erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en klantgericht.

De locatie is ook ideaal, midden in het centrum van Addis Abeba en relatief dichtbij de luchthaven. Het eten was erg lekker en ook de roomservice was uitstekend.

De spa, het zwembad en alle andere faciliteiten waren boven mijn verwachtingen. Alles bij elkaar hebben we een zeer comfortabel en prettig verblijf gehad.

Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen en kom hier graag nog een keer terug!

Cons:

Het enige punt dat wat minder goed verliep, was de shuttleservice vanaf de luchthaven naar het hotel. We moesten enige tijd wachten voordat de chauffeur arriveerde vanwege een miscommunicatie. Ze verwachtten ons namelijk op het moment dat ons vliegtuig zou landen, terwijl het in de praktijk nog ongeveer 30–40 minuten duurt voordat je door de luchthaven bent en je bagage hebt opgehaald.

Het zou goed zijn om hier bij het plannen van de ophaaltijd rekening mee te houden. Dit zorgde helaas voor wat ongemak bij aankomst. Wel waardeerden we het enorm dat het hotel dit netjes heeft opgelost door ons als compensatie een upgrade naar een betere kamer te geven.

Uiteindelijk heeft het personeel dit dus goed opgepakt en waren we erg tevreden over hoe ze met de situatie zijn omgegaan.
