An excellent place with a lovely staff
Pros:

An excellent place to stay, close to the airport and easy to go to downtown. A very friendly and helpful staff, all of them, Duty manager, reception, security, restaurant service. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Totally recommended, a great option for the price range.

Great staff, good breakfast and excellent location
Pros:

All the staff were truly amazing, from the reception team, especially Tilahun, to the breakfast staff (including Yohaness and the breakfast managers and the rest of the kitchen staff), as well as the cleaning team. They go to great lengths to ensure guests are satisfied.

Cons:

Everything was good, with the only downsides being the noise and the extractor fan in the toilet.
