Location was really good
Not clean enough, didn’t provide a hairdrier, no TV amd no hot water in one room. Too much noisy, you could hear loud all the traffic from early morning
Room was spacious
Washroom was very small. Hot water not available.
The rooms had air conditioning, house keeping staff were friendly and polite and location was good for my family.
The WiFi did not work. The toilet seat was broken. The TV was broken. There is no security on the hotel, anyone can walk straight to your room. The sockets in the room were broken and we relied on a portable charger to charge devices. Front desk staff and hotel manager were rude and argumentative. They tried to overcharge us from the moment we turned up for check in by giving reasons such as “we charge VAT a second time” which was illogical (I showed them the booking.com breakdown of VAT but they weren’t satisfied). They showed me someone else’s booking by a complete different name and said this is how much my stay will be which was almost 10k BDT over what I had booked on booking.com. I told them that isn’t my name or anyone I know but they said there was a spelling mistake. Although I’m not sure how ‘Afrida’ can be misspelled for ‘Mohammed’. Then tried to overcharge us by giving us a much higher exchange rate which I had to show them multiple exchange bureau rates online to get them to agree to the correct rate. We were charged the rate on the day we booked which did not agree with booking.com’s policy of using the rate on the day of check in. Regardless of what I showed them, they were incredibly difficult to communicate with even though I speak fluent Bengali and English. We left our stay 5 nights early because the front desk staff were constantly pestering for money in the days following check in when it was agreed we would pay the remaining balance (less deposit that was paid on check in) on the day of check out, as is normal with every other hotel. They are an embarrassment to Bangladeshi hospitality. It was my non Bengali husband’s first time in Bangladesh and the behaviour from the minute we walked in was appalling. Their behaviour ruined what should have been a lovely stay, displaying the helpful and kind nature of our people. We’ve been let down by this horrible excuse of a hotel.
Nothing but just the location
Shower, room size, they don't have spa even they charged me more than booking.com.showed
The breakfast was good. staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious
I have taken 5 rooms. I have stayed there last year too and it was way better than now. This time none of the rooms had a fridge, none of the rooms were clean enough. I wasnt provided with a wifi password during my stay although they had wifi
The size of room was too small. Things were not good. No proper senitation system . Broken hand shower.
