It’s in a good location
Even though I booked my room for me and my fiancee, which is booked as a room for a couple, they tried to forbid my fiancee from visiting me.
A complete unacceptable way of dealing with international guests.
Restaurant need more clean
2nd visit. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet of local foods. Many places to visit within hour car ride. Gated entry with attendant.

We arrived to Desha Tarc not expecting much, but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were nice and new with good facilities and we liked the modern design of the hotel with its concrete walls in the lift/stair area. Staff were nice and helpful. All in all a good experience and we would stay here again if going to Kushtia. Nice large Bangla breakfast buffet. Good views over Kushtia area from the room as it's a tall building.
The rooms were generally very clean, but the shower and the window frames (unsure why window frames and window panes are never properly cleaned in Bangladesh) could have done with a more thorough scrub and wipe. The toilets in the breakfast restaurant were appalling and should be addressed. The room service menu is huge, but they only had a few Bangla and Thai options available and you'll properly have better tasting food at one of the local restaurants in the area.
This is possibly the only good hotel in Kushtia. Its look and feel is good, although things are not really top grade.
The bathroom layout and fittings were not good enough,. The breakfast didn't offer much choice of food.
