Pros:

Kleines süßes zimmer.
Das personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Selbst während des stromausfalls haben sie sich bemüht uns ein frühstück zu zubereiten.

Pros:

A very cute, cosy hotel in a nice location in Vientiane.The deluxe room is very spacious with a balcony. Extremely comfortable beds, toilet, and shower area, separate with a nice tub. Breakfast is adequate with eggs made to order and starts at 7 am. Staff very very friendly with special mention to Ms Lee, Ms Dao and Bounyang.They can provide pick up and drop to airport and railway staition

The aircon was a bit noisy at night

Un très bon hôtel
Pros:

Ce fût un très bon choix.. dans une petite rue du centre sans les problèmes de trafic...une maison ancienne très bien meublée, d' une propreté scrupuleuse. Des breakfasts abondants dans la variété....quand au personnel, adorable, grande compétence, connait bien son travail..
La chambre., très grande, avec le plaisir d un balcon....tout pour plaire, nous y avons passé deux séjours avant et après le sejour à Luang prabang.. Un plaisir...de plus l' hôtel est situé dans un quartier où les restaurants ne manquent pas, en quelques pas, il n' y a qu à choisir.. très bons moments passés là bas ..

Pros:

Hotel bien placé pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue. Vers minuit, un camion poubelle est resté plus d’une heure devant l’hôtel, le moteur en route.
Je me suis levé et ai demandé au gardien si c’était normal. Il m’a expliqué (difficilement car le personnel parle mal l’anglais) que c’était toutes les nuits ainsi…
Fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas, ce qui accentuait les bruits venant de l’extérieur.

Nice location and breakfast but interiors outdated.
Pros:

Location is good, very near to the park, night market and tourist sites

Cons:

The interior facilities to be renovated. In the evening, we found the plumbing pipe beneath the basis is broken and water was flowing to the floor. No maintenance until late morning next day and we couldn’t use the was basin at all.
