Pros:

Good location, and acceptable for the money you pay. Clean and decent.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor and not varied. Once the stuff is gone, they don’t bring anymore. Also, there was a problem on the bathroom with the bathtub as it leaked on the floor every time you showered. As a result, the floor is all wet. Bad odour from the pipes. Staff is not the most nicest and welcoming, which is surprising for Ethiopian standards.

There are much better hotels in this price range.

Cons:

The airport shuttle never arrived, which is the reason I’d booked this hotel, and the reason given was that it was the manager’s fault. The WiFi didn’t consistently work in my room, the water in the bath was yellow and I think I have an infection as a result of bathing in it, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and there was no plug for the kettle except high up in the bathroom so I had to hold the kettle up myself to boil water. The breakfast was terrible and cold, the worst I’ve had in Ethiopia.

الموظفين لا يحسنون التعامل مع الآخرين طلبو زياده عن المبلغ الذي في البوكنق اخذو الدولار وقالو لا يوجد صرف تخيل اي شخص يدخل او يخرج يأخذون عليه مبلغ لو صديقك سيأتي إليك لا بد ان يدفع 15 دولار الفطور قليل جدا مع أنني ذهبت بدري وبعد الفندق عن الأماكن الحيويه

No nos fueron a recoger al aeropuerto y simplemente dijeron: lo sentimos. Nadie se hizo responsable de esa situación.

Extremely wonderful underpaid staff. Please tip generously. They dont ask or expect, but appreciate.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly polite. They let us check in early. Free transportation to and from the airport was arranged. The rates are incredibly good. The twin room actually has two queen sized beds and is big. Breakfast was modest. They also arranged for breakfast on the day of check-in. They have a spa in the basement, which is not very fancy, but the Swedish massage was excellent and extremely cheap. I will go there again.

Cons:

The room assigned first did not have proper hot water and did not look good. They moved me to another room. The staff helped shift everything to the same places. The new assigned room was super.

Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. Gera lokacija. malonus personalas. galima susinešnėkėti angliškai. sąlyginai nebloga treniruoklių salė.

labai prasti pusryčiai. atvykus į kambarį labai smirdėjo patalynė, bet ji buvo pakeista operatyviai. WC zonoje visuomet pro kažkur bėga vanduo - šlapios grindys.

I liked the location and the staff's hospitality. The first day, breakfast was pretty limited with not many choices, but it got better on the second day.

The room is situated by the roadside, and the vehicle horns are somewhat disruptive to sleep, though the traffic flow improved after midnight.

Pros:

Une équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins, du manager aux serveurs et aux petsonnels de ménage en passant par l'operator manager (gérant) qui a été vraiment exceptionnel par son attention au client. Ils ont le sens du service.

Cons:

Il y a beaucoup de gaspillage alimentaire par les clients, des remontées de vilaine odeur dans la douche, la décoration est vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner manque de produits sans gluten. La cuisine manque de variété.
