Pros:

Otel odasına girdiğim an beyaz sabun ve temizlik kokusuyla karşılandık. Her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibardı. Ücretsiz otopark ve WiFi hizmetinden faydalandık. Herkese tavsiye edeceğim :)

Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The Hotel was located near shops which made the stay easier. A supermarket, shopping plaza and fast food joints were all walking distance from Hotel Emerald.

Cons:

Breakfast food did not offer much variety. Hotel staff not available during night hours, only security who didn’t know much about admin related issues.

Professional staff, abundant delicious breakfast, pleasant room, cleanliness. These are the first things that come to mind about the accommodation. They welcomed me hours before the scheduled check-in time and did not charge me extra for it. The staff is very helpful. They are worthy of the **** star. Thank you.

Cons:

After checking in, there was a very strong chemical smell in the room, but after a thorough ventilation it was fine. The wifi signal only reached the door of the room. after that, it was no longer possible to use it after one step. But these are not major problems. Rather, they are just small things.

In Ordnung
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer ausreichend gross und sauber. Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind kostenlos. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man bekommt im Restaurant neben der Tankstelle einen vorgefertigten Teller mit Käse und Wurst und Thunfisch, kann es sich also nicht selber zusammenstellenl.

Cons:

Die Umgebung, das Hotel liegt an einer Einfallsstrasse im Industriegebiet. Deshalb ist es auch recht preiswert.

Pros:

Только кофе

Cons:

Ужасный сухой завтрак , омлет как подошва, мало полотенец,мини-бар одно название , улучшенная кровать это две сдвинутых, половина каналов телевизора не работает,алкоголь в ресторане нет, двери такие что видно кто в коридоре ходит и так же слышно , окна болтаются от ветра .

Pros:

Otel çok güzel odası geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı açık büfe yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar kibar ve ilgiliydi herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık bizim için çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Hemen karşısında market vardı. Araç için ücretsiz park yeri vardı. Merkeze biraz uzak ancak aracımız olduğu için bir sorun yaşamadık araçla 5 dk da Mostara geçebildik. Çok teşekkür ederiz
