Pros:

El hotel es moderno y el personal es súper amable. La ubicación es estrategica para visitar Mostar, Blagaj y actividades en los alrededores de la ciudad. Tiene un rápido acceso al centro de la ciudad en auto. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy cómodas. El desayuno variado y exquisito.

The Emerald Hotel was absolutely amazing! 🌟 From the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything was perfect. Very good hotel, exceptional staff, but not so great breakfast
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and friendly. Charged my devices when my charger wasn't working and stored luggage for us on the last day when we had fee hours to wait after checkout. Arranged a private transfer for us to the waterfalls at a great price. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were decent. The location is not too far from Old Town (5 minutes taxi). There is a shop on site which is convenient and an outdoor mall with food places across the road (though be careful crossing as its a busy road). The hotel restaurant makes nice food at good prices. Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great but acceptable for children. Would suggest all breakfast items are covered in trays and they should have toaster available for bread.

Pros:

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The restaurant of the hotel.
We used this hotel as our base to explore Mostar, Blagaj and Kravica waterfall. But you have to always use the car. If you want to stay closer to Mostar historic center maybe it isn't the best choice.

Practical and convenient but not comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful
The food is the restaurant was fresh and clean
The toilet has water hose (shattaf)
Free parking
Having an on site supermarket and restaurant was very convenient

Cons:

The beds are hard for me, but may suite others
Location is not the best
Elevator is not always working
Room size is small
The hotel is on the road, so you get sunlight and street noise early in the morning. If you like to wake up early, this is foe you 😅
