Sunland International Hotel

Very friendly atmosphere, excellent service

The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. I came one night early, the staff were kind enough to let me stay for free. It's relatively cheap for what you are getting. The rooms are big. The pictures and what you get are exactly the same.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schmutzig, sowie der Fußboden im Bad, wir hatten einen halben Tag keinen Strom und kein fließendes Wasser, wir waren im 5. Stock und der Aufzug ging 2 Tage nicht (dann sind wir abgereist). Der Pool konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil kein Wasser drin war (für eine erwachsenen R
Taufe wurde er zur Hälfte befüllt, aber nicht für die Hotelgäste). Die Tischdecke im Restaurant wurde 1x in der Woche gewechselt obwohl Flecken drauf waren, der Tisch wurde neu eingedeckt, Brotkrumen wurden belassen.
Das Personal war freundlich.

The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in every way imaginable.

Any issue I had was addressed with kindness and high concern. The rooms were clean and the showers appeared newly installed.

The staff helped me call many times for a taxi, given I did not speak their language which made navigating through the country much easier.

I felt safe as two security guards were at the entrance upon entering or leaving. Searches at times were even conducted to ensure no weapons were on the premises, which me being a retired law enforcement officer, I can respect, as safety is always paramount.

I met many great people who take pride in their job. Also, Spirituality was at an all time high within the atmosphere.

My rate would be a 10 and I’d recommend any person, foreigner or not to stay at the SunLand International Hotel.

Truly the front desk staff made all the difference, especially the night shift receptionist named, Tinbit.

Very comfortable with different choices for rooms classes and beautiful views near to Piassa downtown with high speed internet. Air conditioning in all the rooms free shuttle to airport

Not as expected. Did not returned back due to cleanliness (the carpet in the room is dirty, room service dishes were left outside for 2 days).
