Hip, new and working out the details
Pros:

The public spaces including the restaurants are great, modern and hip. I had a balcony I loved. It is close to the mall and many good options...

Cons:

The staff is still learning. Room service and housekeeping required multiple calls to show up. The restaurant is lovely but overpriced.

It was a pleasant stay for me. I really appreciate the service from the staff members

The breakfast was okay.
Location is very convenient and good, close to all the best restaurants in the city and a major shopping mall.
A lot of the things in the hotel are very new.
The bed was very comfortable.
Food in the hotel restaurant was quite tasty and well presented.
Nice balcony.

Cons:

Toilet area is very tiny.
Balcony only had an outdoor bed/lounger and small table, no chairs to sit on.
From head height going up, there was a lot of dust which had not been removed for a while.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and staff excellent - so attentive and friendly. However a big cloud overshadowing the stay was that there was no hand soap in the room or restaurant bathroom. When I asked for soap, I was told no and that I should go buy some myself. If management doesn't care about cleanliness then how can guests feel comfortable that the room is clean and food prepared safely??? This was so confusing.

Fair experience, wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Location was great across from the East Park Mall

Cons:

The bathroom was way too small, like an airplane sized bathroom. The floors were bouncy. The power went out for 30 minutes one of the nights.

I liked the breakfast, staff, bedrooms, location!

Cons:

I had some cockroaches in my room. I changed rooms and found another cockroach. I feel like the cleaning of the bedrooms need to be taken more seriously

My stay was awesome and the security was good

Cons:

The internet in the room was bad, breakfast has very limited variety. I was given a room where the bedding was not clean. I had to tell the reception. They don't offer shower caps and sandals to use while showering
