Pros:

Rooms were generally well furnished and comfortable.

Cons:

Location is convenient, but extremely loud music frequently played nearby. Walls in rooms also don't block out noise from neighbouring rooms.

Booking anomaly
Pros:

The room was very clean

Cons:

I was advised by the hotel to book directly with them so I had to cancel my booking on booking.com and book directly with the hotel. The following morning I was late for breakfast by 8 minutes and I was told the policy of the hotel would not allow that I can have breakfast. I insisted on this and I was told the chef for breakfast has knocked off, Then I offered to pay for it. Suddenly the chef was available and I paid an additional 60.8 USD for breakfast. I felt robbed, especially that the breakfast was saved with a lot of mushrooms and I had to pass it on to someone

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the food/vibes were excellent.
Pros:

The location was good. The food was excellent. It was a beautiful hotel overall and it was cool that it is made out of cargo containers. I liked the fun facts painted on the walls.

Cons:

The kitchen/room service phone lines were down, so I couldn't bill my meal to my room and pay one total fee at the end of the stay and I also had to go downstairs and order. But that's beyond anyone's control. I do wish bathmats were changed daily or there was a place to hang them because it stayed wet for the 3 nights I was there. And the rooms need soap to wash hands, only had body wash.

I felt at home away from home
Pros:

I like the friendly staff most and the aesthetics. Very relaxing place and the location is very convenient. I loved the food, very generous portions. Indeed it was value for money.

Cons:

The bathroom though neat and sleek were a bit small.

Hip, new and working out the details
Pros:

The public spaces including the restaurants are great, modern and hip. I had a balcony I loved. It is close to the mall and many good options...

Cons:

The staff is still learning. Room service and housekeeping required multiple calls to show up. The restaurant is lovely but overpriced.
