Pros:

Location is close to the Mall which is convenient.

Cons:

The carpets are dirty from the Foyer to the rooms. The toilets are tiny so if you have a bit of weight you have trouble. They should get good hotel Quality Towels they look worn and off color now. The breakfast is the same everyday no variety. Bread, pork and chicken sausage, potatoes, baked beans eggs and mushroom. Add some traditional breakfast items. Stayed there for 5 days by day 3 i was done with breakfast.

Great location, but otherwise average and a bit over-priced.
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room was very modest, small and constructed with budget materials for the price, especially as breakfast was not included. It was quite noisy also. Breaskfast was not included and the price of it - at 25 dollars is way too high, on top of quite a high room rate.

Great place to stay - except breakfast
Pros:

Design and feel. Very comfortable. Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast - USD25 per person poor value - walk across to shopping centre and great selection for half the price.

Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for all our needs. Being directly opposite East Park Mall was a major advantage, providing easy access to a wide range of amenities. The architecture was beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The balcony was also a wonderful feature, adding to the charm of the property and making the compact space feel much more comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms were extremely small - barely enough space for one person and certainly not suitable for two. The shower drain was very slow, causing water to pool during use, and the shower door was difficult to open and close. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and there was nowhere to hang a face cloth.

Poorly managed hotel with shockingly low cleanliness standards, unhygienic rooms.
Pros:

The location

Cons:

This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that basic cleanliness and housekeeping standards were being ignored.
The first red flag was finding what appeared to be a previous guest’s check-in letter left under the bedsheets. That alone proves the bedding had not been properly changed or inspected before giving the room to new guests. If the room had actually been cleaned thoroughly, there is no way staff would have missed something like that.
It only got worse from there. We then discovered visible blood stains on the pillows and pillowcases. When we raised the issue with management, instead of taking responsibility or apologizing professionally, they tried to dismiss it by suggesting it “might be mosquitoes.” That explanation made absolutely no sense. Mosquitoes do not create stains across multiple pillows, and regardless, why were stained pillowcases still being used in a guest room?
The handling of the complaint was just as bad as the cleanliness itself. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no genuine concern for hygiene or customer comfort. For a hotel, clean bedding is the bare minimum standard, and failing at something this basic is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness, professionalism, or basic hospitality standards. Very poor experience.
