Didn't look as nice in real life as in the photos (paint peeling off around the window). The room smelled of cigarettes, despite being non-smoking. Contacted the property who said a member of staff would look into it. To the best of our knowledge they didn't. Sea view only visible if you are very tall or stand on the bed as the bottom half of the window is not glass (for privacy?). There are no instructions for the combi oven or hob (we were not familiar with those types of appliance, so we had to Google). TV doesn't do terrestrial TV. You need to have subscriptions to things like netflix, prime, sky etc (we don't)
Location was great, right by the centre of Redcar and right by the beach. Room was a good size and had reasonable facilities. Easy access to the room and the building with the codes and a good shower in the room. Overall nice decor and reasonable value for money.
Room wasn't particularly clean or well finished, walls have holes/unpainted, toilet roll holder hanging off, stains on the floor and questionable stains on the green cushion on the bed. Brown marks on bathroom door. Unfortunately it was very windy on the visit so the noise from the wind/windows was loud. No live TV (not particularly needed but would be nice). Shower tray is flimsy and bends when standing on.

Itd be ok for a short stay do not recommend this for a long stay.
Room was tiny! For the price i paid for a week it was horrendous, no washing machine as listed and you cant even use the toaster or barely cook in fear the fire alarm will go off (they tell you that its VERY sensitive and you shouldn’t use the toaster) overall will not be staying again. Not worth the money for a long stay.
We paid for a night in there an they didn’t give us the codes for the room an still haven’t send ower money back
Location good as near beach
We booked this hotel through booking.com for 1 night away, we purposely booked an apartment that stated it had a bathroom with bath and shower, television, internet and an extra large bed.
However on entering the apartment and the bathroom it became very clear there was no bath!
But I could have lived with that, however the TV wouldn't display any channels, I called customer service who explained that there are no local TV channels and all programmes are through apps such as Netflix/I players. Luckily we have these accounts so tried again but the apps wouldn't load, the TV wouldn't connect to the internet so we tried to connect our phones but still wouldn't connect.
Rang the hotel again who said there was an internet outage in the area with no time frame on how long.
I rang the hotel again as after double checking my booking I felt we had not been given the right room and the bed was a small double, they said we were booked into the right room.
I questioned the facilities and they said I would need to take it up with booking.com. I called them and explained, they advised would call me back. We went for something to eat thinking the faults would be sorted when we got back.
These were not sorted!
We just couldn't stay in a small room without the facilities we were expecting ie no TV/internet.
Cleaners very helpful and friendly...room spotless...free carparking ..100% be visiting again
Cleaning staff had no idea we were arriving....soon as we let them know,they straight away made us comfortable and assured us room would be spotless(which it was).not being able to contact host at all as they dont check booking messages...
Clean and quiet and very close to the beach , had everything we needed with secure of street parking

Room was more for single. 1 chair to sit and no table to have coffee or tea .
