V comfortable apartment in a brass area. A little haven.
No issues
Location is the best, short 3mins walk to centre and bars.beach just over the road.2mins up the road buses go all over we went to saltburn lovely ride 25mins.its Clean its just been painted out .bed comfy. Good shower .i only saw 1 staff she was very pleasent polite.
We had sea view room .we were fine we get up early if you like lie in sun comes into room very early . if i would change anything the 4pm checkin is a bit too early we miss a whole day just to pop our bags in room.2pm much better like others we been in . We feel you shouldnt have to pay extra ,as here you do vacate rooms 10am .
The location was okay, a bit dodgy.
No staff. All key pad access. At one point we couldn't get in, tried to call, no answer. Barely any parking. Had to park on the street. Parking lot had a lot of garbage.

Vans took over the small car park I had to find spaces on side streets. Carpet was dirty - stained. Shower was either scalding hot or freezing. I have been trying now for over a week to get an invoice from my payment and no response - shocking customer service!!!

The booking was listed as 1 separate bedroom to the lounge. This is a studio apartment. Image attached of your page. You list one parking space per booking. We were booked on the basis of private parking as per your website. We didn’t want to park on the street otherwise we would have booked something else. The bin lid doesn’t shut. The bathroom toilet roll holder isn’t fully on and is dusty. The floors are all stained. The bedside table is damaged. The glasses are dirty including lipstick marks. Our stay has been appalling. We booked this as having listed a separate room we have a baby and putting him in his travel cot in a separate room would have meant him being able to sleep and we could have sat and watched tv. Instead we had to sit in darkness and make no noise which completely ruined our trip. We expect a refund. We wish we had looked at reviews as they all warn from staying in room 2.
No instructions on how to use the hob
Convenient location in Redcar, stayed four times now
No.4 ground floor had a very badly stained carpet, rough plastered areas on wall behind the bed, you cannot say it has recently undergone renovation. The shower base felt very spongy and unsafe.
The barrier to the secure parking area was missing.
Worst of all was the fire alarm went off at 5.30am and took 3 hours before the cleaner arrived to silence it, who then needed guest help to silence and reset. Due to the ear piercing alarm, we were forced to leave the building and walk the streets, before anywhere was open to have a drink or breakfast. This is totally unacceptable!

Door codes rather than keys
It was very clean and the cleaners were very friendly. It was nicely decorated but in a bad state of disrepair. Room size was good.
The room was in a very bad state of disrepair. Very bad noise/loud music all weekend/into the night from a nearby venue. Sound proofing in the room was non existent. Front door looked like it has been kicked in multiple times. Parking was very limited, not enough for each room. Room for 5 or 6 cars max.
Most importantly it's not safe to stay here. There is no support or anyone to contact. The phone number provided in the room isn't connected and they don't answer the phone on the number they sent and messges are ignored. Customer sevice is unbelievably terrible. There was an emergency situation early in the early hours of the morning but they didn't get back to me until the afternoon the following day. If anything goes wrong you're on your own e.g. if you get locked out you will be completely stuck. It seems to be really common to have issues with door codes, happened to someone while I was staying there and they couldn't access their room.
The stay was honestly just awful. Only stay here as a last resort.
Ideal location
No tv remote so couldn’t watch the tv and only one folk brought food back for two of us one night and had to try and eat with a spoon and fingers
