Ther were
lift facilities we had to climb 7 floors.Everytime we went outside we needed to give our keys to the manager and they always ask if we turned off the AC or not. The bathroom wasn't clear and there was dust in our room . The TV and network was not working. We upgraded the room to deluxe family room but the facilities were too poor for 2100 tk and over that the manager will force you to give tips saying this and that

Pros:

The location is good. New AC. Silent place. The behaviour of the staff is good.

Cons:

We booked a room 2 days before but when we reached there they said the room is not available..that's why we had to book another room which was expensive..Please before booking the room at least check twice if they are available or not...It was very disappointing..I hope you will try to look at it...
