Everything was good but the night staff disappointed me

Cons:

Every staff was welcoming but the night staff was very very very rude. I was very exhausted and the worst thing is they turn off the elevator from 1 am to 6am and when I request the stuff at the counter to turn on the elevator because I was tired he was very rude first he didn’t replies me then he did a very rude behavior . Didn’t expected such behavior

Avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building.
