Pros:

The place is just the right size, with a boutique feel and a lovely facade.

Things were tricky when we arrived - it was hot, we had a top-floor room, and the a/c wasn't cutting it But the marvellous Margarita offered us a cooler room to get us through the first night, then moved us to a great room the next day. A lot of extra care went into making our experience as good as it could possibly be. As a result, we love Kazakiwi, its staff and its urban chic. Fantastic!

Le petit-déjeuner était bon, la localisation est assez centrale et les fenêtres sont en double vitrage !

Cons:

Très déçus pour un hôtel 4*, des taches sur la moquette de la chambre, une douche qui ne ferme pas donc de l’eau partout, pas de frigidaire dans la chambre, notre chambre la 313 avait un balcon qui était malheureusement sale, le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garni malgré sa qualité et le quartier est peu fréquentable après 22h00 avec un réseau de prostitution et de drogues.

Cons:

Hallo, Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, jedoch war der Platz insgesamt recht beengt. Zwischen dem Bett und dem Tisch mit der Kaffeemaschine (inklusive zwei Pads) war so wenig Raum, dass man sich seitlich stellen musste, um überhaupt auf die andere Seite zu gelangen.
Auch insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer für ein Vier‑Sterne‑Hotel sehr kompakt. Zudem hätten ein oder zwei zusätzliche Kaffeepads den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
In der Nacht mussten wir das Fenster leider geschlossen halten, da es draußen recht laut war.

The cozy hotel near the central station proved to be convenient for us. The kitchen area was exceptional, and the interior, appliances, as well as the breakfast, were outstanding.

Cons:

The room featured numerous spots on the walls and was in obvious need of renovation and thorough cleaning. Slippers were not provided at check-in but could be requested.

Die Seitenstraße war mit den unzähligen Restaurants im nachhinein ziemlich laut, wenn man nachts gerne bei offenen Fenster schläft
