Lacking
Pros:

Location was nice. Close to Opry.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom, broken pool, poor breakfast, stayed 4 days,got towels 1 day and no cleaning or new bedding any days
Had dogs barking next door 1 night. Front desk people seemed really no to care.

Great location and lovely hotel but don’t plan on eating there.

I would stay there again. Very much worth it!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful area.

It was not in a high traffic area. Very quiet and beautiful.

Friendly staff/Marginal Experience. More expensive than comparable at other brands
Pros:

You're not nearly as good as the comparable properties from Marriott and Hilton. Breakfast was gross (those re-constituted eggs were awful, and you BRAG about the breakfast in the elevator. Dumb

Cons:

Super lean staffing. Friendly but lots of waiting because they are doing 3 jobs at once (front desk, bartender, helping with business machines in the lobby).
