Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir haben die Deluxe Suite mit Meerblick gebucht, mega toll und sauberes Appartment und das direkt am Meer :)
Der Strand war praktisch leer, umgeben von Natur und Ruhe.
Sehr freundliches Personal nicht aufdringlich und immer da, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, der koch war offen für separate gerichte für Allergiker.

Cons:

Leider ist die gegend von lästige Moskitos und Bienen umgeben.
Die Matratzen sind sehr weich :/
Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden für diesen Preis.

Un court séjour magnifique en Sardaigne.
Pros:

Nous avons adoré que c'était un endroit calme et très conviviale qui est très flexible. Vous pouvez manger sur place dans le restaurant locale ou si vous préférez être plus calme vous pouvez vous faire à manger vous-même dans le bungalow. ( Supermarché à 6km). De plus, le fait d'avoir une plage privé et une piscine est un luxe énorme. Les petits peuvent alterner sans souci entre plage et piscine. Les vues sont magnifiques. Service très aimable.

Cons:

Finitions d'intérieur un peu bâclé mais en tant que vacancier ce n'est pas gênant. Plutôt comme propriétaire.

Cons:

There are a few important points worth highlighting, especially since they cannot be captured in photographs, but are essential to consider if you view holidays as a time to rest and rejuvenate.

Although the setting may appear idyllic in photos, in reality it is quite the opposite. The bungalows are built on a very narrow stretch of land between a large pond and the beach. From sunset until morning, it is virtually impossible to avoid mosquitos. Insect nets are fitted to bathroom windows but not to the main doors, and despite our best efforts to keep doors closed and eliminate insects before bedtime, we woke up each morning covered in bites.
The proximity to the airport is not an advantage when you are directly under the flight corridor. Planes roar overhead at very short intervals, and while you eventually get used to it somewhat, the noise is constant and disruptive.
Air quality is another serious drawback. There is a persistent smell of fumes, and the local air quality index (unlike other parts of the island) is consistently poor—mostly red, occasionally yellow, and never green.
Adding to this, there is a shipping corridor close to the shore. Large vessels pass frequently, releasing black smoke and polluting the water. We often noticed particles and residue in the water, which made swimming there less inviting. The sea itself is also far darker in colour than suggested by the photos. While this would not be an issue on its own, it feels worth mentioning given the other environmental concerns.
Overall, it feels as though this stretch of land should never have been developed, and was likely chosen as a lower-cost location for the bungalows.

While the staff themselves were friendly and accommodating, management decisions did little to enhance the experience:
* Cleaning was scheduled only every second day.
* The smell of mould was noticeable in the room
* Coffee pods for the machine were available only upon request
* Loud live music (not every night, but frequent)

Pros:

Le principe des « appartement » Est très bien. Plutôt bien situé. Tout etait très propre dans le logement et beaucoup de commodité. Il manque un peu de rangement par contre pour les valises. La terrasse est très intéressante. Nous avons peu profité du site, nous allions a l’extérieur pour la journée et la soirée. C’est intéressant aussi d’avoir accès à une plage, mais nous on ne l’a pas utilisé, ce n’est pas une belle plage comme d’autres à quelques minutes.

Cons:

Le resort est un peu isolé, nous devons prendre la voiture pour se rendre ailleurs si nous souhaitons sortir. Notre lit n’était pas très confortable. La piscine ferme tôt. Le brunch un peu dispendieux si on veut seulement manger des céréales par exemple. Il devrait y avoir un prix pour els enfants.

It left us with mixed feelings and a rather unpleasant aftertaste.
Pros:

The location was really nice — I liked that it was not far from the airport. The green area around the hotel also felt pleasant, and having its own beach was a big plus. The sunbeds were comfortable, and the pool was a lovely extra. Overall, everything was quite good.

Cons:

We were travelling as three families, and one family was checked in at 1:00 pm without any issues. The second family was also checked in at 1:00 pm, but their room had a strong smell. As soon as they mentioned it, the staff changed their room immediately — literally within a minute. They just said, “Okay, we’ll give you another room,” and it was done.

Meanwhile, we had to wait until 7:00 pm, and this made us even more upset. It felt really unfair and confusing, especially because we were the ones with small children and a pregnant wife who felt unwell. The whole situation left us extremely disappointed.

Séjour en famille parfait, personnel très sympathique
Pros:

L’emplacement proche d’Olbia, la plage privée, le logement confortable et le personnel au top! La vue traversante du logement, et la propreté !

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la piscine pas très propre en fin de saison, et un petit déjeuner un peu light mais je peux comprendre en fin de saison mais peut être ajuster le prix en conséquence dans ce cas.
Nous avons eu le dernier soir des voisins plutôt bruyant sur les terrasses qui résonne et n’ayant aucun respect … mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel.

Nettes Personal, schöne Anlage aber sehr zweckmäßige Ausstattubg und Einrichtung

Kinderfreundlich, Strandnähe, Flughafennähe, eigene Terrasse, Waschmaschine, Personal, Bäder sehr schön, schöne gepflegte Häuser und Anlage

Cons:

Rezeption war bei Ankunft nicht erreichbar, obwohl eigentlich noch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten. Bett für die Kinder war nicht vorbereitet, dank Hilfe vom sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonal alleine bewerkstelligt. Wohnraum viel zu eng konzipiert. Schlafen dort zwei Personen kann man weder gut am Tisch zu viert sitzen noch die Spülmaschine benutzen, da kein Platz mehr vorhanden diese zu öffnen. Personal aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Generell wirkt es aber eher als würden die Gäste so durchgeschleust werden und man fühlt sich eher wie in einem Mittelklasse Hotel , Ausstattung Küche nicht besonders gut. Deckel der Töpfe fehlen und Kochutensillien stark eingeschränkt
