Poor value for money
Pros:

Very professional and helpful staff. The highlight of our stay.
Lovely pool, surroundings (although some mess next to the car park) and the architecture of the place, the cabanas on the beach and two bathrooms in the house. Lots of space, interesting design.
Good strong showers and air conditioning that worked well.

Cons:

The beach has really gritty and dirty looking sand. It seems to have a layer of finer sand underneath so I wonder what happened there.
I really didn’t get the idea to take out our rubbish ourselves. Why, at a hotel?? Also, it was not easy to open the gate to the bins at 4am in the dark and squeeze in between all the bins. We had to use a torch to read what each bin was for!
Perhaps the most important thing that slightly ruined our stay. It became a nursery during our stay from 27.5-1.6. There was no information about the fact it was a family “resort” and there were hardly any facilities for children, but somehow the resort seemed to have only families as guests except for us. And we also had a view at the kids facilities obstructing the view to the pool. We were in 12 (=12A) - constantly in the shade. No sun on the terrace until 7pm. We were hoping for a relaxing stay - we had books with us we practically didn’t touch because it was so noisy at the pool and on the beach. Once we realised, we avoided staying at the property which means £250 a night we paid was a waste of money. The bed was small and creaky and the mattress uncomfortable. No proper wardrobe. No full-length mirror. No salt, pepper and olive oil which we had to buy even though there was a kitchen. Dark throughout the house but very bright bulbs hanging over night tables that should have shades given their purpose. One hanger in the bathroom. Hardly any sockets, especially in the kitchen. We had to constantly unplug the kettle to use the toaster or coffee maker.
Not great pillows or duvet - synthetic ones - too hard and big or too soft. No toiletries except for shower gel and soap in the bathroom. Dispensers not matching and chipped. I would hope for more paying £250 per night.
No tables with the beds at the pool. cabanas had no curtains on the beach. Lots and lots of things we found rather unacceptable especially at this price tag.

Schönes Areal, Handling schwierig
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr schöne Lage zwischen See und Meer in ruhiger, abgelegener Umgebung. Allerdings ist der Fluglärm deutlich wahrnehmbar. Die Anlage ist insgesamt gepflegt, insbesondere der Poolbereich und die Strandliegen hinterließen einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Auch die gastronomischen Angebote, insbesondere das Abendessen und die Pizzen, waren qualitativ sehr gut.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem die Möglichkeit eines Early Check-ins gegen einen Aufpreis von 100 Euro, was unseren Aufenthalt erleichtert hat.

Cons:

Kritisch sehen wir hingegen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück, das unserer Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt war.
Darüber hinaus wurden wir während des Aufenthalts mehrfach per WhatsApp auf kleinere Vorkommnisse hingewiesen, die gerade erst passiert waren. Dies vermittelte den Eindruck einer ständigen Beobachtung, was das Urlaubsgefühl beeinträchtigte.

Besonders unzufrieden sind wir mit dem Umgang einer angeblichen Beschädigung an einem Beistellbett. Das Bett war bei unserer Ankunft bereits aufgebaut und wurde von uns nicht hochgeklappt oder anderweitig verändert. Dennoch wurden uns nachträglich 370 Euro vom Konto abgebucht, ohne dass die Ursache der Beschädigung nachweislich durch uns entstanden ist. Zudem erfolgte weder eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnungsstellung noch bestand die Möglichkeit, den Sachverhalt vorab in einem angemessenen Gespräch zu klären.

Ein solches Vorgehen halten wir im Tourismus- und Gastgewerbe für problematisch (ich arbeite seit 15 Jahren in der Branche). Insbesondere bei strittigen Schadensfällen sollte eine transparente Absicherung sowie eine vorherige Abstimmung mit dem Gast erfolgen. In unserem Fall wurde trotz laufender Kommunikation eine Abbuchung ohne unsere Zustimmung vorgenommen, obwohl zuvor ein anderes Vorgehen kommuniziert worden war.

Insgesamt war das Personal stets bemüht und die Anlage bietet viele positive Aspekte. Dennoch hinterlassen die genannten Punkte einen negativen Beigeschmack. Schade.

Für 3 Tage war es für uns ok. Preis Leistung war ebenfalls ok
Pros:

Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir den gesamten Bungalow mit zwei Appartements gebucht. Die Unterkunft war für die ersten drei Tage unseres Sardinien-Urlaubs ideal, da unser älterer Sohn später mit dem Flugzeug nachgereist ist. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 10 Minuten) war dafür perfekt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die kurze Entfernung zum Meer sowie das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Kameras auf dem gesamten Gelände.

Absolutely brilliant - would return.
Pros:

We had a great time at Baia del Sole. The rooms are located between the sea and a lake and are well appointed. We were a group of five and split ourselves between a bedroom with three beds and a sofa bed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The resort is located within close driving distance to the lovely city of Olbia where we went for dinner twice (and a pasta making course) and visited numerous beautiful beaches within 30 minutes driving. Car parking is on site and having a car is recommended given the need to drive to beaches.

Cons:

Nothing at all. A lovely place.

Too expensive for what it was
Pros:

The Bungalows are new and clean, and match the fotos. There is a nice outside seating area and the pool is nice. However, our appartment stank, real sewage stink which did not go away even when opening the windows. We paid €300/night which is way too much for having to sleep in a stinky place.

Cons:

Close to the airport so noisy planes taking off and landing and ferries coming into dock. Stinky apartment. It was not worth to complain because the receptionist already saw this when she showed me the apartment. She also tried to charge me breakfast even so we did not have any breakfast. I thought both were unacceptable.

Moyen...et ne comptez pas sur le canapé-lit
Pros:

Accueil impeccable et agréable avec Elena de la réception qui nous a vraiment gâtés pendant le séjour. Elle a vraiment été aux petits soins. Grazie mille Elena.

Cons:

Le canapé-lit est mentionné possible pour 2 adultes mais c'est faux. On y dort très mal, on sent les ressorts et la barre de la structure métallique en-dessous de la fine galette de 8cm qui sert de matelas. La description sur Booking.com n'est adéquate. Ce logement ne peut héberger 4 adultes.
Nous n'avons pas bien dormi pendant les 4 jours !

De plus, l'hôtel était en travaux au niveau du restaurant et de la véranda de plusieurs bungalows, ce qui fait qu'il y avait du bruit d'appareils et outillages quasi toute la journée.

Deuxième expérience au Baia del Sole.
Toujours aussi bien, l'emplacement est idéal pour la détente et le repos.
Les différents points de vues matin et soir permettent de profiter du lever jusqu'au coucher du soleil.
Ce ressort est si confortable.

Super séjour, nous avons beaucoup aimé
Pros:

Établissement est très bien positionné, le personnel est aux petits soins et très à l’écoute. L’endroit est très calme pour une semaine. Reposante de vraies vacances.
L’entretien des jardins et des locaux sont au top et nous sommes à proximité de tout.
Je recommande à 100 %.

Cons:

Petit point négatif, la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter
