The staff were very helpful and nice.

The management was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Nice fitness room with weights and cardio machines. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nice, not a great location as there was a road in front and behind the hotel. We noticed a large amount of workers stayed at the hotels in this area. The breakfast items were not hot and the juices seemed watered down. Convenient location to the caverns.

I would stay there again

Very comfortable stay. Gentleman at the front was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. I could tell management cared about their guests and asked several times how they could improve our stay. The rooms are quiet and clean...just what you're looking for after a long day's drive! I would stay again.

Slept like a baby

Great!

It was very hard to sleep. The family above us was jumping, screaming and slamming doors. The noise went on until after 2am. I repeatedly asked the staff to assist in either getting them to be quite or moving them so myself and children could rest before a 12 hour drive the next day. They did tell me at check out that they did knock on the door to alert the family of a noise complaint but there was no resolution. The only reason to stay at this property was to sleep. There was no pool, very limited breakfast options, a gym that is no more than a treadmill, elliptical and a set of weights. There is nothing close by that is entertaining. All we needed was sleep and that was not an option given all the noise.

Breakfast

The little girl at the desk was RUDE, she treated me and my wife like we were interrupting her “phone time”. The shower leaked into the bathroom because the time sloped down and make the water flood the floor. Shower head was horrible as I had to hold it to shower. Unacceptable

Check in clerk very nice and friendly, breakfast was sufficient and plenty.

We checked in here as a last minute resort, and the first issue was the door wouldn’t latch. Then I found hair on both beds, and not just a few hairs, it was multiple on both beds. When we said there was an issue with the door the front desk person told us to just pull up really hard on the door. It did help, but why should I have to be in a room where the door is malfunctioning. Also, there were kids staying down from us and literally slamming the door until about 11:00 that night.

The place was quiet and the people were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Room was spotless and
more than ample.

It was a nice stay and hotel. Nothing stood out to be amazing.

It’s fine if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay while visiting the parks.

Good location. Seemed clean at first glance but then you notice stains everywhere. On the carpet, the walls, the furniture, the counter tops.

Good, average stay

Great location. On the side of town closest to the National Park. Room was very clean & like brand new. A little noisy when the early morning workers leave their rooms. Lobby & exterior was average
