It was just okay.
Pros:

Very clean and the location seemed safe. The staff was super nice and kind.

Cons:

I didn’t like that after I booked I went to the website and noticed that the price would have been $117 on the website and it cost me $159 through booking.com
I was with my children and we were all exhausted from our trip so I did not even attempt to negotiate when I got there. I was highly disappointed, though with the price..
When we got to the room, the beds were so hard and bland. I’ve had nicer beds at a low quality $79 hotel. The one thing I will say is that the property was super clean though, and the staff was super kind. I would stay again at a Woodsprings if I was going to stay somewhere very long-term.

Pros:

What breakfast?

Cons:

Even though I advised that I would be arriving between 1 and 2 pm from out of town, I arrived around 2:10 and front desk clerk, Jessica, charged my credit card $156 then she said I was not allowed in the room until 3pm.
I sat in my car and waited. Never have I had this issue before.

Was nice but they have to improve because the price will increase after some time.
Pros:

Just opened beginning of March’26 - so everything was new. Very friendly stuff and good location, our room was on the backside and it was really quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately some things weren’t ready. And WiFi is not working well and only two spots per room.
Bed made loud noises, blanket was really itchy and hard…
