Pros:

Nice property but the pool was not open due to maintenance. Although the hotel did compensate by offering transportation to another location but one way only. We had purchased the reservation 3 months ago due to having a pool and we're disappointed when it was not available. We stayed for 5days.

The pool is absolutely terrible, the guy fell and broke his head open at the hot tub when I was in it with my daughters. The pool needs a renovation as the rooftop can be so beautiful

Pros:

En este viaje tuve un par de malas experiencias, en la habitación contigua a la mía habia huéspedes haciendo "rumba" como lo llaman en Colombia. Desafortunadamente el hotel lo permitió.

La presión del agua caliente era muy mala.
