Muy Básico
Pros:

El personal muy amable

Cons:

Tiene problemas de infraestructura, la ducha botaba agua hacia las paredes y no donde debía, al día siguiente la cambiaron por una ducha de plástico. Es un hotel básico de combate, pero nada confortable. Muy diferente a cómo se ven en las fotos promocionales

Buena, sin mucho que hacer.
Pros:

La zona donde está ubicado es la mejor de todo coveñas, el destino no cuenta con variedad de restaurantes, son más o menos 5 opciones buenas y ya, la playa del hotel es limpia, muy clara, permite observar peces, el desayuno es un bueno, tipo buffet similar a hotel las Américas de Cartagena, aunque no varía mucho, colchón confortable, aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones, el TV es S-Mart.

Cons:

No contaba con agua caliente en la habitación, el cambio de las toallas aveces tocaba recordarlo, un poco lento el aseo a la habitación.

MUY BUENA OPCION PARA IR EN FAMILIA O EN PAREJA. UBICACION PRIVILEGIADA.
Pros:

el buffet del desayuno es muy bueno y variado. el restaurante es pequeño, a veces toca hacer fila para encontrar mesa. la piscina es muy buena, agradable y grande.
me sorprendió que en la habitación había servicio de netflix gratis. muy bien para los niños.
cuenta con parqueadero para los usuarios que vamos en carro particular.
buen suministro de agua en la habitación. cuenta con nevera y aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El hotel no esta ubicado en primera linea de playa y en las fotos no explican esto, hay que atrevesar una calle y luego un terreno que es del hotel para llegar a la playa, lastima que el mar esta recuperando tierra y la parte de la playa es muy pequeña y compartida con el hotel santorini del lado. aunque si cuenta con sillas y carpas propias para los huespedes.
Sugerencia, el aire acondiconado enfría demasiado y necesitan mantenimiento para estar funcionando el modo auto y el swin correctamente.
