I’ll stay here every time I go to Tucson. Pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

The price was great, the room was large and comfortable and the staff is quite accommodating.

Cons:

The parking lot is filthy but easily overlooked once you’re inside. Price would likely double to keep it clean outside based on location.

Would have chosen another hotel if I know how bad it was going to be there this time.
Pros:

The front staff was nice but never saw housekeeping and had to reuse towels since I was staying there for 3 nights. Had issues with ants in the room but the front staff sent someone to spray which helped.

Cons:

No housekeeping at all the three days I was there. Had better experience there two years ago, might have changes mangers since then don't know.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full size fridge to store snacks and essential medication.

Cons:

Staff member Debbie needs reminding of what hospitality is about. We had stayed 3 nights before and had a wonderful stay. So her blantant attitude really disappointed me. As soon as we pulled in, Debbie was hanging out front smoking her ciggy. She looked visibly upset that she had to do her job. No hello, not even a half assed smile- help u! is what she screeched at us. The process she was doing was very different from the previous stay- just 3days before. When I questioned it, she stated the previous person didnt follow policy. Which she just had to explain. Every hotel has different policies. She prolonged the process and made it stressful and unpleasant. This was at almost 2am when all I wanted to is check in & get some rest. We stayed all of 6hrs. Just needed a break to continue our drive home to Texas.
