Great spot in the heart of Tarragona.
Pros:

I like how close it was to the core of the city which made for easy access to everything we needed.

Bon hôtel pour un week-end
Pros:

Son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. On a eu une infiltration d’eau dans notre chambre, et l’hôtel a réagi très vite en nous relogeant dans une chambre disponible.

Cons:

Le réglage de la température à la douche, et une vraie porte pour les toilettes.

A primera hora al salir el sol daba el sol de pleno a la habitación y daba muchísimo el sol y entraba mucha claridad. Las cortinas interiores no tapaban del todo bien

Pros:

Very large bed and great bathroom/shower. Coffee machine. Lovely rooftop pool and lower swimming pool. Both too cold in May but not the htels fault. Brilliant location and amazing sea views

La cercanía al mar, a la calle principal y centro histórico. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias y una vista espectacular hacia la playa. El desayuno muy bueno y muy completo.

A lovely stay in a wonderful hotel in a great city.

Le personnel fort attentif et agréable.

Cons:

Une trop longue attente pour récupérer la chambre la deuxième journée. Nous avons signalé vers 10h00 notre départ en laissant le signalétique sur la porte comme chambre à nettoyer, on a résignalé au personnel de chambre vers 15h39 et à la reception vers 17h00 car la chambre n'était pas encore refaite.

C'était le " Día de la Madre " ce dimanche en Espagne.

Toutefois, plus de 7h de battement pour récupérer une chambre supérieure vue sur mer de luxe c'est un peu "too much" ... et "in fine" sans aucun geste commercial ... manque d'initiative propositionelle de la part du personnel desk au moment du check-out.

Pros:

Hôtel très luxueux, très bien situé. Vue sur la mer.
Excellent accueil du personnel . Merci Juan pour les bons conseils.
Terrasse et piscine sur le toit.
Chambre très bien insonorisée.
Literie très confortable.
Tout était parfait et j'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation !

Absolument rien. Tout est parfait.

Sehr schöne Aufenthalt, wenn man fast eine Woche bleibt, erwartet man eine persönlichere Haltung.

Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsreich

Cons:

im Zimmer war das Bett meistens schlampig gemacht.
Das Zimmerboden war nicht täglich geputzt.
Die Badetücher haben nicht sauber gerochen.
Im Speisebereich waren einige Personen des Personals distanziert, nicht persönlich.
