The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and were very comfortable as a family of 5.
I enjoyed the location and facilities that were provided during our stay. The pool is great touch for this stay especially when travelling with children.

- 숙소에 오래 있을 시간이 없어서 가보진 못했지만 수영장 퀄리티도 괜찮아보였다.
- 바깥쪽 화장실에 있던 수건에서 쉰내가 나서 바로 다른 여분의 수건을 써야 했다.

Loved the minimalism and got table setup lastnight, perfect for a cozy night in. The room was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. As a family, we really enjoyed using the pool and being so close to local cafes and restaurants in Canmore.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo with an amazing mountain view. The place was warm, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything you might need was provided, which made our stay very easy and relaxing.
The check-in app and overall process were extremely smooth and very didactic—clear instructions and no stress at all, both for check-in and check-out.
Overall, a lovely place to stay in Canmore with beautiful views, great comfort, and an easy, well-organized process. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The only small inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service. We had to carry all our luggage to the next elevator and then walk back to the apartment, both when checking in and checking out. While not ideal, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

A few days after I had booked the room, I inquired about parking. I received an answer to my question, on top of (what I know now was the host) explaining to me the master bathroom shower was broken. I was very disappointed considering the add had no mention of a broken shower. The main reason for booking a place for 5 adults was to have 2 working showers. Regardless of the duration of our stay, the broken shower was never mentioned in the add- so false advertising by the host.
I did get my full refund back- but his response needs to be shared.
This was the response I received from the host:
“Haha ashamed, sure Ill come break your shower handle to the point where you need to do a full shower renovation while your fully booked and not tell you about it. Then another poor guest has to discover it so I cant be charged or found as fault to me. That way your out of a shower with a whole bunch of pissed off guests who would be even more furious if I canceled their trip from overseas last min to renovate the shower. Then you get people who throw a fit because they are so unconvinced and life is going to end because they have to share 1 shower on a 1 nights stay.
You can get off your high horse, cancellations can be refunded.”

Location was good with a well functioning fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a National Park pass and bear spray to use.
Shower in master bedroom had a sign saying it was out of order. We had not been notified of such. Beds were uncomfortable and my head was lower than my feet. The unit was dark. Found a greasy baking sheet in the bottom of the stove when I went to use it. We had a full size SUV and the parking spot was so difficult to access.if there was a vehicle beside you as you are next to a concrete pillar. We chose to park outside.
