Căn hộ tuyệt vời !
Pros:

Quản lý căn hộ là 1 người tinh tế, nhẹ nhàng. Cùng 1 tòa nhà nhưng có rất nhiều căn hộ, nhiều chủ nhà thì căn này đẹp cả view lẫn quản lý 😄
View thẳng ra đường biển, ngày cũng đẹp mà đêm cũng lung linh 😍
Sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng. 10/10 👍

Cons:

Thang máy đôi khi hơi quá tải vào giờ mọi ng đi biển.

I almost loved it
Pros:

We stay in total 4 nights, I can say the host don't change towels or clean the room unless you ask for it, so I had no problems with that, they are very communicative and fast response, we didn't use the kitchen but you can cook easy things but not grilled (It does not have an extractor)
Also the pictures in booking are alike the reality.

The pressure in the shower is good and the WiFi works well.

You have a very beautiful view of the city and the beach

The balcony it is perfect for the breakfast.

Big smart TV, table for 6 people (4 chairs) big apartment, big refrigerator, enough space to store clothes.

Cons:

I didn't like the Air-conditioning, my throat hurt always in the morning, take into consideration that I don't like to sleep with the AC on. I think the filters need to be cleaned.
Also the housekeeping didn't do the job well, I found a bottle of water in one drawer and the toothbrush from the previous person in the bathroom.
They don't put cotton buds so be prepared.
One more thing: if you happen to have noisy neighbours you are gonna hear them (thankfully we had only one night with loud people)
