Cons:

Hidden deposit through treasure home. Thought it would fine due to pleasant communication from hosts - however after multiple emails I still have not heard beach about receiving my €79.99 deposit back.

Pros:

La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda, vicino alla metro (circa 3/4 minuti a piedi) e le fermate della metro per i principali punti di interesse sono poche. Stanza grande. Letti abbastanza comodi. L'host è sempre stato gentilissimo, anche se non è riuscito a risolvere i problemi che si sono presentati.

Cons:

Pochissimi utensili per la cucina. La posizione della camera nel palazzo non è ottimale (da sulla corte e spostando le tende si è a vista degli altri inquilini). L'host non è presente sul posto e questo se si verifica un problema è una grande mancanza: non abbiamo trovato la culla (richiesta alla prenotazione e ricordato tranite messaggio 2 giorni prima di arrivare) ed una volta fatto presente abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo perché è stata portata dalla signora delle pulizie. Il problema è che è arrivata senza materasso, ed una volta segnalato anche questo avremmo dovuto aspettare un altro giorno sempre la signora delle pulizie, solo che il giorno dopo, il materasso non è arrivato, ed allora ci siamo rassegnati ed abbiamo fatto un materasso di fortuna con 2 piumini superflui. Comunque ci tengo a precisare che è sempre stato gentile ed ha sempre risposto, anche se a volte non immediatamente.

Ottima pulizia e letto comodo, posizione facilmente raggiungibile con metro e autobus dal centro di vienna

Cons:

Non c'è un condizionatore e per non avere caldo bisogna dormire con la finestra aperta, ma purtroppo questa si affaccia su una strada molto trafficata

È stata richiesta una caparra di 59 euro tramite Threasurehome.at. Doveva essermi restituita dopo 10 giorni lavorativi. Nonostante la struttura sia stata lasciata nelle stesse condizioni del nostro arrivo. sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. L'host e booking non rispondono ai miei solleciti di spiegazione.

Consigliato solo per la vicinanza con la metro

Camera a 3 minuti dalla metro, letto comodo

Cons:

Nella descrizione della camera erano stati assicurati gli utensili da cucina ma non era presente niente di tutto ciò. Mancavano posate, piatti e anche i prodotti per la pulizia. Doveva esserci anche un ventilatore ma così non è stato. L’unica finestra della camera si apre solo di poco poiché il letto blocca la sua totale apertura e la tenda non isola la stanza dalla luce. L’assistenza è stata forse la cosa peggiore: ci hanno fatto pagare 0.99cent spacciando il pagamento come “check in” ma sono del tutto inutili e c’e il rischio che addebitino altri soldi. Dalla chat booking risponde solo un robot e quando viene fatta una richiesta non risponde nessuno se non per le informazioni strettamente necessarie per il check in e per l’inutile pagamento

Quite good
Pros:

Everything was fine with the apartment, and the location was quite good, we took the metro to the city center every day.
I think it has good value for the money, but you need to be aware that there is a 60 euro deposit (I think). You also need to fill in some information on their own website because of austrian law, which some people may not like :)
The room has everything we needed and it was quite comfortable.

Cons:

I was actually surprised when I received a message about the website and the deposit because I could not find anything about it in their advertisement here on booking 🙃 so I felt a little bit lied to but everything went well in the end.

Cons:

The property charged €79 from our account without informing us, after asking €0.99 for online check-in. This was never mentioned on Booking.com and felt very dishonest.

Internet never worked, and every time we used the stove the electricity went out. The entrance door has glass with no curtain, so outside light disturbed our sleep. We could also hear neighbors even during quiet hours.

Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price.
