Staff and housekeeping
I booked a room in roma but at the last moment they changed my hotel on their own and gave me a room in muscatel busan which was really disgusting. Avinash explained everything and handover to aniket who never asked us about my comfort. I paid almost 7000 inr but they don't even make a towel animal on the bed for a newly married couple even after i request. They shouldn't change my room and they gave me room from where I can't see anything outside. Westage of money.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant reception staff. Location convenient to the mall, cafes and restaurants.
Would have been a much higher score but the room was damp (mould all over the ceiling)and very cold; the only way I could keep warm was in bed with a double layer of duvet plus a blanket. I asked for a heater (for which I was willing to pay extra) but none could be found which were compatible with the sockets. This spoilt my stay in Darjeeling, and I left feeling quite ill, and with my breathing affected. This room is not suitable for occupation.

Yes but staff need to be little more cooperative and be good at their work other guest was making noise till 3am no staff was there
The only positive about this accommodation was a helpfulness from the staff. In particular the gentleman who got us an extra towel as there was only one in the room.
Despite other reviews, our stay was sadly not so great. We booked the deluxe Queen room but on arrival there was a lot of mould in the room and it was very damp and cold. The bath mat was also soaking wet. Luckily, there was another room to move into although lower grade with a less desirable view. This room was also cold, the windows provide no insulation and there is no option of heating at all. All they could offer was an extra blanket. Because of the cold, the bathroom floor is always wet - a squeegee would be really useful here.
Most importantly, the bed was so uncomfortable. We had an old mattress and you could feel every metal spring.
All of this was made worse by the fact we were forced to pay a higher rate for the “deluxe” room on checkout, as this was our original booking. When we explained about the mould, it wasn’t taken seriously and they said we needed to pay for what we booked. Not great customer service and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Large room, we were a family of three so our child of 9 could sleep comfortably as well.spacious is what we had booked.
Staff lost ,not proactive, clueless not trained properly,
Dinner came in a plastic tray with bland taste portions were less.
