Quiet location, far from the crowded touristic center, but only 20 minutes walk from central station
Pros:

I have stayed at Rooms25 many times, partly due to its proximity to work; but the hotel is good for tourists as well. It's very close to Bimhuis (one of the best jazz halls in Europe), and to Muziegebouw (a concert hall). The restaurant, which was good, has changed the menu and it's even better. Quiet location, far from the crowded touristic city center, but only about 15-20 minutes walk from the central station.

Cons:

Summer is difficult in Room25, because the hotel doesn't have AC, only a portable vertical fan that, well, doesn't help much in warm nights.

Parfait pour un séjour à Amsterdam
Pros:

Le ROOMS25 est proche de la gare et du centre d'Amsterdam nous avons effectué tous nos déplacements à pied. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits en famille,nous disposions d'un appartement avec cuisine , banquette convertible ( la banquette était déjà dépliée et les lits faits à notre arrivée) et d'une chambre . Le petit déjeuner y est copieux. Il y a un espace de baignade en libre accès à 150m en direction du musée de la Marine . Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Amsterdam.

Acceso terrorífico y lejano de la avenida ,poca iluminación, señaletica inexistente.

Ubicado dentro de un área verde muy grande donde esta un cuartel de la marina, museo,escuela de arte,etc

Cons:

No advirtieron que los taxis no pueden entrar hacia el edificio del hotel y había que caminar unos 500 mts en pista empedrada ,bajo la lluvia y de noche 12 m q llegamos,no había a quien preguntar cual era nuestro edificio, fue muy angustiante pensar que nos podríamos quedar bajo la lluvia y en una zona como bosque oscuro,sin guardiania,ni nadie que oriente; lo cual debio advertir el personal.

Struttura nuova e comoda !
Pros:

Struttura in una bellissima zona vicino ai canali, ottima colazione, stanze spaziose, nuove e pulite, staff molto disponibile, ci ha dato consigli e scorciatoie per raggiungere la stazione centrale, risparmiando un sacco di tempo

Nous avons loué une chambre studio pour 4 personnes, rien à redire sur la chambre ni sur l'hôtel en lui même, propre, bien situé, excellent petit déjeuner, en revanche il était stipulé que nous avions une réduction de 10% sur le restaurant (qui avait l'air plutôt sympa) en tant que client de l'hôtel. Super ! Nous décidons donc d'y dîner le deuxième soir, je précise bien à la serveuse que nous sommes client de l'hôtel en arrivant et une fois le dîné terminé, nous remontons dans nos chambres et surprise ! La réduction n'a pas été appliquée... 25€... Pas une fortune mais bon, un établissement nous vous fait jamais cadeau de même pour 1€ donc nous voulons notre argent. Le lendemain matin, le personnel de l'hôtel a fait son possible mais comme nous sommes passés par booking, impossible pour eux de recréditer nos cartes bancaires... On nous demande d'envoyer un mail (que nous faisons immédiatement) ensuite on nous dit que nous allons être recrédités dans les jours à venir... Cela fait maintenant un mois et devinez quoi ?..........

Alojamiento bien ubicado cerca del centro en barrio tranquilo y frente a canal.
Pros:

Ubicacion, apartamento, desayuno poco variado pero muy bueno.

Cons:

El personal recepcion apenas saben indicar los sitios por los que preguntas y te remiten a que lo mires por Internet. Uno de los dias del desayuno tenian un evento previsto: si querías huevos revueltos los tenias que pedir directamente al cocinero y cocinera. Con la cara que ponia la cocinera se notaba que les molestaba…ese dia fue una mala experiencia.
