Pros:

乾淨、安靜、房間大。 房間裡面還有長桌，不管是放東西還是筆電辦公都超級方便。
房間三面開窗、陽光充足，還有一個小陽台。 連衛浴都有開窗，除了乾淨和免治馬桶以外，衛浴不潮溼而且洗完澡之後乾燥速度超快，這點加分加到爆。
位置在捷運站出口正對面，附近超商一堆，早餐店也有超級方便。
