Pros:

Everything was perfect -- from the booking confirmation to check-in and check-out.
The unit is as described... perfect ! We visit Miami at least once a year and will definitely book again.
The unit is quiet and the bed wasvvery comfortable.
You have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/cafes nearby.

Cons:

A drying rack for swim wear and towels would be a nice addition.
