Recommended for family or group of friends.
Pros:

Very big, spacious and comfortable.
Everything in the resort was well equipped with good kitchen, large bath area, spacious balcony with good view.
Near main shopping street.

Cons:

A little far from Yufuin train station.

Stay here if you want big space else be prepared to be on your own after checked in
Pros:

There is no elevator in the building meaning be prepared to lug up your bulky and heavy luggage’s.
The unit we stayed has double storey with bedroom in the upper floor. Not suitable for old folks having to climb the stairs.
Upper floor only has a toilet bowl. No wash basin, no mirror and definitely not for bathing. The main bathroom and toilet is on the lower floor.

Cons:

Communication from the hotel is absolutely absent after check in. I found sign of someone entering my apartment on day 2 of our stay. TV was switched on when we returned when we don’t even go near the TV on the first day. Wrote to the hotel asking for answer. No reply. Total silence. Imagine what if things were stolen, someone install a hidden camera while we were away. I asked for more coffee in my room and again total silence. Absolutely not the type of Japanese hospitality I was expecting. Shame to all Japanese.

Beautiful place in Yufuin!
Pros:

The amenities were very really high quality.

Cons:

Because I didn’t have international calling available on my phone and the hotel didn’t have email capability, I wasn’t sent the self check-in instructions. I had to go to a different hotel to pick up the instructions and walk to this one.
