Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – hygienisch unzumutbar
Cons:

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer und kamen erst spät abends an, weshalb wir den tatsächlichen Zustand erst am nächsten Morgen gesehen haben. Das Badezimmer war massiv von Schimmel betroffen. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, fleckig, teilweise zerrissen und voller Haare. Auch das Zimmer wirkte nicht gereinigt – auf sämtlichen Oberflächen lag eine dicke Staubschicht.

Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde zwar der Staub entfernt und angeblich die Bettwäsche gewechselt, doch auch die „frische“ Bettwäsche war wieder fleckig und zerrissen. Beim Schimmel im Bad wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass man dafür sanieren müsste und aktuell nichts machen könne. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Auch beim Frühstück machten wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung: Spanischsprachige Gäste erhielten frisch zubereitete Eier, Käse- und Wurstplatten sowie Kaffee serviert, während uns dieser Service nicht angeboten wurde und wir uns mit den Resten begnügen mussten.

Wie dieses Hotel auf Booking so gute Bewertungen haben kann, ist für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Unsere Erfahrung entspricht diesen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Für uns definitiv keine Empfehlung – wir würden hier nicht wieder übernachten.

Very good if you need to stop in Bogotà during your trip in Colombia.
Pros:

Very central and well located. The staff gas been nice and helpful

Cons:

The hair driers in the bathroom are very old, should be replaced. Also, breakfast is satisfying but not very varied.

Mala comunicación y personal no atento

Habitación amplia y limpia. La ubicación está bastante bien.

Cons:

El personal es desastroso, no se enteran de nada. Me confirmaron un día antes de nuestra llegada que podíamos acceder a la habitación de madrugada porque nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano. Al llegar allí la habitación no estaba disponible. Faltaban toallas y mantas en la habitación, y la persona de recepción no sabía solventar la situación y tuvimos que dormir con frío. No se mostraba proactivo con nada. La verdad que esperábamos más de nuestra estancia.

La propreté, les prestations et le service n’étaient pas à la hauteur du supposé standing de l’hôtel

L’emplacement

Cons:

Il y avait de la moisissure partout sur le plafond de la salle de bain notamment dans la douche.
La chambre a été mal nettoyée en témoigne les tickets de caisses retrouvés dans le canapé.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas et on ne nous en a pas informé en amont
Lors du paiement, le personnel d’accueil nous a fait payer en euro malgré le fait que l’on a expressément demandé le paiement en pesos ce qui a occasionné des frais supplémentaires.
