Vše v naprostém pořádku, kromě studené dlažby v celém apartmánu.

Skvělé ubytování a plné z zimě dost zima
Pros:

Apartmán byl velmi krásně a útulně zařízený. Vše bylo čisté a připravené, nechybělo nic, co by člověk během pobytu potřeboval. Oceňuji také skvělou polohu – apartmán se nachází nedaleko hlavních památek v Karlových Varech, takže bylo snadné se všude dostat pěšky. Pobyt jsem si opravdu užila a ráda se sem v budoucnu vrátím.

Cons:

Apartmán se nachází v přízemí a bohužel tam byla opravdu velká zima. K dispozici sice byly přímotopy, což oceňuji, ale i tak bylo během pobytu dost chladno.
Dalším mínusem byla velmi špatná zvuková izolace – bylo slyšet hluk jak z chodby přes dveře, tak i z ulice přes okna. Když například někdo parkoval auto venku, bylo to slyšet velmi výrazně, skoro jako by člověk stál přímo vedle. Pravděpodobně je to způsobeno staršími okny a dveřmi.

Die Lage und die Raumgestaltung.

Cons:

Hallo, gute Ideen in der Raumgestaltung. Aber das war es schon.
Keine Heizung im Bad(eiskalt). Schlechte Heizung im WZ kalt in der Küchen Ecke. Es fehlen Sachen wie Trockentücher, Geschirrspüler und oder Spülmittel, Fußmatte für nasse Schuhe.
Die Badewanne ist eine nette Idee aber nicht mit freien Blick auf die Toilette.
Vorhänge verdecken die Heizkörper, dadurch bremst es die Heizung.
Wände eiskalt. Dadurch sehr ungemütlich.
Das ganze Haus eine Bruchbude, kein Parkplatz... und nicht wie beschrieben nur 5 min Fussweg.

Geschmackvolle Ausstattung auf den ersten Blick. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin.

Cons:

Als wir angereist sind, war das Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig. Erst 2h später war das Problem gelöst. Zunächst hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Das Problem wurde recht schnell gelöst. Trotz Fußbodenheizung war es im Zimmer immer kalt, sodass die Handtücher nicht gut trocknen konnten. Das Badezimmer hatte keine Abluft, sodass immer eine hohe Luftfeuchte war. Die Handtücher haben sehr muffig und modrig gerochen.
