We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay! The staff was very welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms were warm and cozy, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We also loved having access to Netflix and Disney+, which was a great touch. Overall, the place was very clean, the location was perfect, and we felt safe and at home throughout our visit.

Cons:

I had a few minor issues with the room service that I think could be improved for future guests:

Towels: We would have appreciated fresh towels more regularly, as ours were not always replaced even when they were clearly used.
Amenities: We frequently had to go down to reception to ask for basic items like toilet paper; it would be much more convenient if these were restocked automatically during the daily cleaning.

Overall, it’s a lovely place, but a bit more attention to these small housekeeping details would make the experience perfect!

Pros:

Franchement c’est un superbe hôtel. Il est vraiment propre (j’insiste sur la propreté ) on sent que le ménage est bien fait. C’est aussi très confortable.
L’hôtel est également très bien situé.
Le personnel top aussi , franchement même le prix est très abordable, rien à redire il mérite sa note. Petit point sur la deco aussi , on a beaucoup aimé !

Cons:

Peut être le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de petit frigidaire , c’est toujours pratique dans une chambre d’hôtel , mais c’est pas grave !
