L'accueil et le professionnalisme du réceptionniste.
J'ai eu un petit désagrément dans ma chambre, le problème a été réglé en même pas 5 minutes.
Très bon personnel à l'écoute des clients.
Je recommande cet établissement qui est très bien situé.

Une équipe et un service superbe :

Je tenais absolument à saluer la qualité de l'accueil. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable, poli et courtois, mais je souhaite accorder une mention spéciale à la réceptionniste présente en journée.
Elle est d'une gentillesse, chaleureuse et vraiment aux petits soins. Sa politesse et son professionnalisme ont rendu mon séjour bien plus agréable.

Tv : chaînes mondiale

Femmes de ménage : ménage très bien fait et elles sont très polies

Emplacement : très bien situé proche des boutiques internationales, centre commercial Arribat center à 5 min en taxi, plusieurs point de restaurations proche…

Quartier : rue calme et quartier agréable

Cons:

La douche : Le jet d'eau dans la salle de bain est un peu trop faible

La literie : Le matelas et les coussins étaient assez dur, ce qui impacte un peu la qualité du sommeil

L'équipement : Le frigo est un peu petit et manque des pièces d’ustensiles de cuisine type casserole….

Un Bel Hôtel avec des chambre très propres avec lit très confortables
Pros:

- Chambre très propre et confortable
- La localisation en plein centre d'Agdal et à proximité de la station de Tramway (Agdal - Avenue de France)
- Le lit est confortable
- Un compte Netflix déjà présent sur la Télé pour regarder sa série préférée

Cons:

- Un peu de bruit le soir à cause des visiteur dans l'étage au dessus (La chambre manque d'insonorisation)
- Il manque vraiment un Bureau pour pouvoir travailler
- Personne à l'accueil tôt le matin pour le checkout

Staff not available. clients are left alone in the hotel
room are not properly insulated you can hear loud noise from outside and neighboor next door.

Cons:

Very poor service and communication. staff is not available when needed. No staff in the entire hotel or Lobby. staff show up 10am past...
when asked, staff at the reception proudly responded it is a custom during Ramadan to start work at 10 am. With all respect, please close your hotel during this period since you are unable to effectively and effeciently service the clients. Moreover, stop advertising standards and services that you cannot provide.
