Important information:

• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate

• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended

• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals

• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.

• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas

• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management

• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room

• A daily charge of 700,000 VND is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes englisch, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück Buffet.

Cons:

Zimmer und Badezimmer sind relativ klein und eng. Für den minimalen Hotelservice (kostenreduziert) jedoch am oberen Preissegment für diesen Standort.

What a great surprise.
Pros:

Our first time staying at Wink and it has become one of our preferred hotels. Great service, breakfast, gym, pool and comfortable room for two.

Cons:

The laundry machines were confusing to use. Suggest posting instructions.

A quirky and pleasant central hotel with an efficient young staff.
Pros:

Rooms are of a quirky design, particularly liked the floor to ceiling windows with view. The bar and restaurant area was large and excellent and a well stocked and varied buffet breakfast. The young staff were all extremely efficient and friendly willing to spend time overcoming any problems you had or advice. Just a two hundred metre walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Rooms above level ten have wonderful view of river.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and lack adequate storage space for longer stays.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de rooftop! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk!

Cons:

De wind die op de roof top stond. Dit maakte rustig aan het zwembad liggen wel een klein beetje een uitdaging.

Vraiment super. Très bel hôtel.
Pros:

Super emplacement, nombreux restaurants et commerces, vue magnifique sur le Mékong, nous étions au 17 ème étage. Il y a 3 ascenseurs, donc jamais d'attente. Une jolie piscine sur le rooftop avec , là aussi une superbe vue. Une salle de sport très bien équipée.
Très bonne isolation phonique et très bonne literie.
Le check-out se fait à la même que le check-in ce qui est très pratique. Nous étions arrivés à 16h00 et avons donc pu garder notre chambre jusqu'à 16h le jour du départ.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas aux goûts des européens, mais il est difficile de contenter tout le monde.

Nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ, đây đủ tiện nghi, không gian phong thì tương đối thôi không quá rộng nhưng mình thấy rất hợp lý, hồ bơi sân thượng và quá đẹp, quá tuyệt vời và buffet sáng thì rất nhiều món ngon cả đồ ăn tây và ta đều rất ngon. Vị trí gần đẹp để nghỉ và tham quan bến ninh kiều. Cảm ơn toàn thể nhân viên khách sạn vì mình và gia đình đã có 1 ngày nghĩ cuối tuần vui vẻ
