Important information:

• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate

• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended

• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals

• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.

• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas

• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast, great and helpful staff especially Phu anf other girls at the reception. The breakfast was really good

Wir haben uns sehr erholt.
Pros:

Die Rezeption ist extrem hilfsbereit, sie halfen auch bei der Organisation der Weiterreise. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und freundlich. Der Pool war ein Traum.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Schönes, modernes, zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel (03.-09.02.26). Sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig und stylisch eingerichtet. In den höheren Etagen fantastischer Blick auf den Fluß und die große Brücke. Direkt vom Bett aus. Kann man stundenlang genießen; besonders Nachts. Mofa kann man hier mieten und kosten 200K für 24 Stunden und werden ins Hotel gebracht. Rooftopbar in 19. Etage ist OK, aber es besteht viel Luft nach oben in Ambiente und Drinks.

Also, fast perfekt, außer 2 Dinge:

1.      Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich. Nicht mal in Nuancen eine Abwechslung. Wäre ich hier Koch, würde ich kündigen, weil Kreativität nicht möglich ist. Nicht einmal die Wurst- oder Käsesorte ändert sich. Tägliche Inventur bei Grab&Go wird während Frühstückszeit gemacht statt Bufett aufzufüllen. Das muß dringend verändert werden!

2.      Die Waschmaschinen kann man nicht individuell einstellen (Temperatur, Schleudergang, etc.) Leider ist die Temperatur nur auf 10(!) Grad fix eingestellt, was die Wäsche nicht richtig sauber macht. Die Bügeleisen sind auf der Sohle stark verschmutzt und das sehr kurze Bügelbrett hat einen dicken Stoffüberzug.

Wenn diese 2 Dinge verändert und die „Bartender“ ausgebildet werden, dann verdient es volle Punktzahl. 

Cons:

Frühstück jeden Tag gleich; ohne irgend eine Veränderung.

Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura bellissima in un ottima posizione. Personale gentile, colazione varia e di qualità. Stanza pulitissima vista fiume al 13 piano. Formula H24, cioè arrivando alle 14.00 puoi rimanere fino alle 14.00 del giorno di partenza

Pros:

A comfortable if compact Junior Suite. Has everything you need and the bed was comfortable. A handy self-service laundry on level 2.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but could be more extensive. Hotel was not particularly lively but the location is fantastic.

Pros:

The coffee machine is excellent and available at any time. The roof top bar is nice ( although not many choices to drink or eat). The location is near the departure point of the boat excursions

Cons:

The size of the room was tiny, minimal space to walk around the bed. There are no hanger points to hang any cloth or towel when taking a shower. Poor choice of fruits in the breakfast

Fantastic 3 nights, would highly recommend and definitely return.
Pros:

Great breakfast and fantastic views of the Mekong River. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (including my own at home!)

Cons:

The room and particularly bathroom could have been a bit bigger as with two medium/large bags it was fairly tight. Brutally cold air-conditioning in the breakfast area.
