Important information:

• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate

• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended

• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals

• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.

• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas

Un hôtel parfait pour séjourner à Can Tho. La vue sur le Mékong est superbe depuis la chambre. L’hôtel est calme propre

L’emplacement, le personnel, le buffet petit déjeuner très varié et délicieux, les chambres très bien conçues et confortables, la salle de sport, les machines à laver en libre service, la piscine en rooftop. Parfait !!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Mekonghafen fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Jung, stylisch, erfrischend. Sehr schöner Dachpool mit super Blick über den Mekong. Gutes Frühstück im REWE-Stil ( alles hinter Glastüren ).

De lokatie en het uitzicht vanaf de kamer op de Mekong rivier. Fantastisch!

Cons:

Heel groot modern hotel waar veel Vietnamezen komen. Je moet er van houden.
Receptie kwam heel onpersoonlijk over. Kamer was klein en compact, maar als was wel aanwezig. A1

Cons:

Hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, đồ ăn sáng quá ít, bàn ăn dường như chỉ dành cho người lớn, hầu như là bàn cao ngang ngực người lớn, nhà mình đi gia đình các bé k có chỗ ngồi, ngồi dưới thì hầu như là bàn nhỏ chỉ ngồi được 2 người gia đình 4 người k thể ngồi vừa.

Pros:

Das Hotel bietet viele praktische und gut durchdachte Annehmlichkeiten. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine praktische Wasser-Refill-Station sowie Automaten für die nötigsten Bedarfsartikel (wie Zahnpflege und Hygieneartikel) und eine kleine Souvenirauswahl. Sehr positiv sind auch die 24/7 nutzbare Laundry (Wäsche oder Trockner für nur 50k via Kartenzahlung mit automatisch enthaltenem Waschmittel), das gut ausgestattete Gym inklusive Hygienehinweisen, Handtüchern und Trinkstation sowie der schöne Pool mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Aufzüge sind zudem hervorragend klimatisiert. Und die Lobby und zweiter Stock riechen sehr gut bzw werden parfümiert.
Für eine Einzelperson ist das Doppelzimmer wunderbar eingerichtet. Es ist alles da: Handtücher, Wattepads, Wattestäbchen, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Trinkwasser in einer Glasflasche. Die zwei Rollos (ein Tagesrollo sowie ein Abdunkelungsrollo mit einem sehr hübschen Kunstmotiv) sind äußerst praktisch. Der Wunsch nach einer flexiblen Zimmerreinigung (nicht jeden Tag) wurde problemlos umgesetzt. Obwohl der Service insgesamt eher entspannt ist, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich – ein Tipp des Rezeptionisten für einen lokalen Kaffee war absolut klasse.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet mit frischen Früchten, Reissuppe, verschiedenen Eivariationen, Pho, Dumplings, Süßspeisen, vietnamesischem Kaffee und einer kleinen internationalen Ecke mit Toast und Marmelade eine solide Auswahl.

Cons:

Aufgrund der großen Hotelmarke (Hyatt) sind die Erwartungen hoch, die der Service vor Ort nicht ganz erfüllt. Das Personal wirkt distanziert, begrüßt Gäste nicht direkt und der Mitarbeiter am Empfang telefonierte sogar während meines Check-ins. Zudem nutzen Mitarbeiter die Bar wie normale Gäste, was ungewohnt wirkt. Während die Aufzüge gut gekühlt sind, herrscht in den Fluren eine unangenehme Hitze.
Das Badezimmer fällt sehr klein aus, wobei eine einzige Schiebetür sowohl für die Toilette als auch für die Dusche dient. Enttäuschend für ein Hyatt-Hotel war der Schimmel im Bad (wenn auch für Allergiker noch erträglich) sowie der Hygiene-Fauxpas im Bett: Ein langes schwarzes Haar und mehrere andere Haare unter dem Bettlaken und Flecken machten einen sofortigen Wechsel nötig.
Der Service im Haus ist extrem langsam. Beim Frühstück sind normale Sitzplätze schnell vergriffen, sodass man auf unbequeme Stehtische ausweichen muss. Trotz vieler Mitarbeiter am Buffet fehlte es ständig an Besteck oder Servietten. Die Säfte beim Frühstück waren extrem stark verdünnt und auch der Cappuccino aus dem Automaten schmeckte wässrig. Der Poolbereich ist zudem sehr klein dimensioniert und könnte in der Hauptsaison schnell überfüllt sein.
