Mooie locatie en schoon.! Alles was netjes en nieuw

Cons:

Het bed viel tegen en de locatie ligt ver weg van de stad, dus 'even' naar de stad lopen om te dineren is er niet bij!

nelíbil se nám přístup k apartmánu, defacto terénní cesta- pokud je mokro, nevyhovující, přenášení zavazadel, apod.
problém byl zápach z blízkého septiku u apartmánu, v podstatě prostor na sezení venku byl znepříjmněn touto okolností, objevovala se denně!!!

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sauber und für die Größe auch gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und war jederzeit per SMS ereichbar.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Kleiderschränke, sodass wir zu fünft ausm Koffer zwei Wochen leben mussten. Es gab zwar ein Regal, da passten nur Kleingkeiten rein.

Pulizia e arredamento nuovo

Cons:

Riscaldamento elettrico ( non proprio adatto per le abitazioni con quei climi)ogni tanto era freddo e isolamento finestre con molta condensa. Inoltre mancavano molti utensili per la cucina.

Beautiful, large and well-equipped apartment - everything as described. Good contact with polite host. Good location of the apartment with decent parking nearby. Ideal option for a short or a long family stay. I would gladly come back here!

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,sehr gemütlich und die Kinder haben sich besonders unter dem Dach gefreut,zu schlafen. Rund um die Gegend war sehr erholsam und ruhig. Alle waren nett und freundlich,wir kommen gern wieder und danken allen,die uns ein paar Tage Erholung geboten haben.

Modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit tollem Garten inklusive Feuerstelle und Trampolin an einem herrlich plätschernden

Die Terrasse zum Garten und zum Bach ausgerichtet. Die Sauberkeit😃Ausreichend Gläser/Geschirr und Töpfe. Fit, Lappen,Tabs für Geschirrspüler. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Digital gut regelbare Heizkörper. Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Cons:

Schön wäre ein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, um Mücken und anderes Getier fern zu halten. Auch einen Wischmop (wetterbedingt und Zugang zum Haus über Rasen, kleinere Maleure etc) kann man mit 1 Geschirrlappen, der dankenswerterweise samt Spülmittel zur Verfügung gestellt wurde schlecht dafür verwenden. Zugang zum Grundstück schlecht beleuchtet, Hanglage- etwas steil wenn man vom Auto kommt,
