Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, walking distance to Nashville's music scene and museums.
Pros:

Spacious, clean apartment within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms were separated by a long hallway and provided quiet if bedtimes differed.

Cons:

There weren't any grocery stores nearby but Whole Foods was within a mile.

Great stay in Nashville!
Pros:

Lovely property with walking distance to Broadway, The Gulch, Fowntown areas of Nashville. Clean and comfortable with everything you need in the apartment. Also quiet despite being a central location.

Very homey feel when in the unit! Lots of space and very comfortable!
Pros:

Very spacious! Amenities were clean. Lost of space in the corner units & lots of bedding.

Cons:

Area was a bit older, location not the best. Relatively close to downtown

They had everything we needed including cleaning supplies, towels, shampoo and conditioner, coffee,etc. also great amenities and location

Pros:

The condo was very spacious for 6 people and it was a very comfortable stay. The security for the building was exceptional and we as women all felt safe.

Cons:

A little bit on noise with the train track.

It was a great apartment which suited our needs perfectly!
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful and felt brand new. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us

Cons:

It was a little confusing when we first arrived trying to figure out what parking spaces we could use but I did after a few minutes.
I didn’t care for the pocket door to the master bath as 2 of us got locked in and it wasn’t obvious to us as to how to get out!
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We walked to Broadway during the day but did take a cab back as we weren’t comfortable walking back.
These were just little things as we really did enjoy the unit!

It’s a beautiful apartment clean and and maintained nicely. The staff downstairs at the lobby was helpful so all around
Pros:

Me and my friend stayed at the location and was very pleased. The place was clean. It was the atmosphere was nice. It was very well equipped with everything it was roomy and when a problem rose Chris the owner responded right away and solve it.

Nice, comfortable condo for my girls' weekend!
Pros:

The condo was very new, clean and spacious. We used an app provided by the host for entry which was very convenient once we got the hang of it. Beds were comfortable, everything was well appointed. Location was walkable to Broadway and the Gulch. The host was very easy to communicate with and was helpful during booking and check-in/check-out.

Cons:

The location was just a *tad* sketchy as there were quite a few homeless people in the surrounding block or two. But generally walkable to the city. We knew the building was on train tracks when we booked and I was concerned about sound as I am a light sleeper. The train tracks are literally just outside this unit BUT it wasn't terribly disruptive. We did hear it from time to time during the night but it wasn't too bad.
