We had a great stay.
Pros:

It was walking distance to downtown. We liked the security and ease of using the “DOOR” app. The size of the apartment was great, having 2 full baths was perfect. The Covered Balcony was nice. We used the gym and it was well equipped. The pool area was pretty, but we ran out of time to use it.

Cons:

Parking was an issue the last night as all spots were taken. 1 bathtub floor needs scrubbing or bleaching. It was stained and dirty.

Fantastic location, super apartment with great facilities!
Pros:

Fantastic location, great communication from Chris prior to and during our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped and the apartment was perfect for our family of four

Cons:

Not a dislike, but if staying (and I thoroughly recommend it!), make sure to park on the second floor to avoid parking charges 😀

It was a nice stay but didn’t love location.
Pros:

Nice condo with plenty of room and clean.

Cons:

Location. Not the nicest area. Shower curtain pole fell in the middle of the night making a big crash. Walls are pretty thin.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, walking distance to Nashville's music scene and museums.
Pros:

Spacious, clean apartment within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms were separated by a long hallway and provided quiet if bedtimes differed.

Cons:

There weren't any grocery stores nearby but Whole Foods was within a mile.

Pros:

Lovely property with walking distance to Broadway, The Gulch, Fowntown areas of Nashville. Clean and comfortable with everything you need in the apartment. Also quiet despite being a central location.
