The host who was greeting us to be on time and not late, (this was an external company, not the W Hotel itself).
The extractor hood wasn’t working above the hob which I reported on day 2 of our stay and was informed that someone would be called to come and fix it. No one came to fix it, (again, this was through the external company, not staff at the W Hotel itself).
