Pros:

Vriendelijke eigenaar, locatie midden in de medina, en redelijk dichtbij de kust en het strand. Verwacht geen luxe als airco e.d. maar er staat vrijwel altijd wel een koele wind vanaf zee, en daarmee is de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding van dit verblijf helemaal top !!

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni meravigliosi in questo riad a Rabat, gestito da una splendida famiglia di origine berbera. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è semplicemente il massimo, impossibile chiedere di meglio!

Le camere: Molto accoglienti, curate nei dettagli e capaci di trasportarti istantaneamente nelle magiche atmosfere del Maghreb. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera "Purple": molto ampia, luminosa e dotata di un comodissimo bagno privato.

La struttura: Il riad dispone di una fantastica terrazza sul tetto, attrezzata con divani e tavoli, ideale per rilassarsi a fine giornata.

La posizione: Ottima! Si trova vicino alle strade principali, il che rende gli spostamenti comodissimi.

Il punto di forza: L'accoglienza della famiglia proprietaria. Anche se non parlano perfettamente il francese o l'inglese, si fanno capire benissimo con il cuore, la gentilezza e la disponibilità.


Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un'esperienza vera, calorosa e super conveniente a Rabat!

Als Ausgangspunkt für Rabat perfekt gelegen.
Pros:

Toll gelegen, tolle Dachterasse, gute Kommunikation.

Cons:

Insgesamt etwas einfacher als auf den Fotos erkennbar, im Haus der Gastgeber, die auch dort wohnen und die Gästeräume erkennbar nutzen.

Pros:

La ubicacion y el precio. Si quieres algo sencillo y agradable este es tu lugar. Tienes todo lo que necesitas y esta cerca de los lugares de interes.

Cons:

Pasamos calor por la noche pues la habitacion que nos tocó estaba arriba de todo y con un ventilador no enfriaba, solo removia el aire caliente. En un futuro podrian plantearse poner aire acondicionado.

Best stay in Rabat
Pros:

The Location is great and the room itself it’s really big and comfy!..easily one of the most beautiful ones you can find in the area!..the toilet is really good and has everything you need!..

Cons:

Nothing haha maybe the fact that is on the last floor!..but that just means you have more privacy

They overbooked and even if I had a prepaid booking they turned me away
Cons:

I booked and prepaid a double room with private bathroom. However, on arrival at the property, the member of staff present told me they were overbooked and could not accommodate me. He was courteous and apologetic and tried to find alternative accommodation for me but was unable to do so as it was a busy weekend. After a couple of very stressful hours for me, I finally found my own accommodation nearby, albeit in a riad that was not close to the level of Dar Sam and in a room which had not private bathroom. The staff at Dar Sam arranged the payment with the second riad, but I was left with something inferior to what I had booked and prepaid and no monetary compensation whatsoever.
After almost a month trying to get some form of compensation from Booking.com Customer Services with repeated calls and having to speak to multiple agents to whom I had always to tell the story again, I got a "good will gesture" in the form of a small amount of money that represented approx. 15% of the cost of my accommodation, this not to be refunded to me, but added to my Booking.com wallet. All in all very disappointing.

Pros:

Es muy bonito y luminoso, tiene ventana al exterior. Viene muy equipado, tiene secador, chanclas por si no has traído, mampara y plato de ducha que es difícil de encontrar en Marruecos. La cama es grande, y la habitación amplia.

Cons:

La señora de recepción no habla ni inglés ni francés, es complicado comunicarse con ella, solo nos dió la llave y ya. La puerta no se cierra bien, y nos quedamos encerradas la primera vez que quisimos salir. Es muy difícil encontrar el Riad en Google maps, la dirección está mal.
