Enjoyable and comfortable efficiency apartment.
Pros:

The common areas very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff very cordial and helpful. The apartment clean and good working order. Great place to see the historic sites in the Candelaria. No street noise in the building restful sleeping.

Cons:

After 10 PM little or no police presence on the street. You must be aware of your surroundings returning here late at night.

L'accueil a été très ordinaire. Chambre pas prête, malgré le fait que j'avais dit à quelle heure nous arrivions. On ne nous offre pas d'endroits où poser nos valises le temps qu'on aille manger pendant qu'ils préparent notre chambre. Parce que j'ai chialé on nous l'a offert. La chambre offerte n'était pas celle réservée. Je leur ai montré les photos et là on m'a répondu qu'elle était prise?! Finalement h'ai chialé et insisté pour parler à quelqu'un d'autre et là on m'a donné une chambre très similaire à celle que j'ai réservé. Par la suite, tout a bien été. Très belle place et très très bien situé.

The place has a great location, it is affordable, very independent, great for a 2 day stay max.

Pros:

Nada pésimo no pude ingresar porque nunca enviaron los códigos de ingreso

Cons:

Me salió la reserva por booking pagué por adelantado me confirmaron al correo y cuando llegue a la puerta del hotelucho que no podía ingresar y horas después me salen que el pago no estaba registrado perdí el tiempo y el dinero de la preautorizacion
